So what does Chapter 100 hold? *evil laughter*

"Gotta go," Dean says randomly that night, running out the door with very little warning.

"Um... Bye?" Castiel says uncertainly.

It's about ten minutes later that the doorbell rings. Castiel is the one to answer it, greeted by...

"Dean?"

"I told you I'd pick you up at seven," he replies with a grin. He glances down, then adds, "And you're still not ready? God, Cas! Way to ruin a date!"

Castiel chuckles. "Oh, I'm so sorry," he says sarcastically. "Here, come in and I'll go put shoes on."

He lets Dean inside, then goes hunting his sneakers down. He finally returns to find Dean just where he left him, looking overly proper.

"First date means I need a good first impression," Dean whispers loudly, noticing his confused look. "Ah, you have shoes? Awesome. Let's go!"

"Is this fine?" Castiel asks, gesturing to his t-shirt and jeans.

Dean hesitates, then grins to himself as he says, "That's perfect. C'mon."

Dean opens the impala door to let Castiel in, then hops in the driver's seat and begins the journey.

"So, where is this date, exactly?" Castiel asks him.

"That's the surprise," Dean replies. "But you're gonna love it. I hope."

They pull up in a field near the park, and Dean quickly hurries over to open the door for his boyfriend. Castiel looks around, confused. It's literally just a small grass plain. What's going on right now?

Dean answers this question when he pulls a picnic basket out of the trunk. He gestures for Castiel to follow him, and he picks a spot right in the middle of the field. He spreads out a cliché red plaid picnic blanket, then gestures for Castiel to sit. They both take a seat, and Dean starts pulling out food. There's some grapes and strawberries and... a McDonald's burger?

"I stopped at McDonald's," Dean explains. "I know how much you like burgers. And fries. Can't forget fries."

"But I'm supposed to be eating healthy, especially since I'm not really exercising like I should," Castiel tells him.

"Ah, but I planned for that," Dean tells him. He holds out the grapes. "Here, have one."

Castiel eyes him for a moment, then takes one and plops it in his mouth.

"See?" Dean says with a grin, putting the grapes down. "You just had fruit. That instantly makes your whole meal healthy!"
