Connor Rhodes was five minutes late to work because he brought coffee for a beautiful girl who didn't have money.

Connor would've been here 10 minutes ago if the traffic wasn't so bad. He waited behind the most beautiful girl.

"I'm sorry I forgot my wallet at home." He heard her say.

"Her drink is on me." Connor put the 10 dollar bill down and ordered his coffee.

"You didn't have to do that." She said.

"I'll do for a pretty girl anytime Ms.-" Connor stopped caused he didn't know her name.

"Sarah Reese. Thanks -" She asked him for his name.

"Connor Rhodes. I'll see you around." He grabbed his coffee and headed off to work.

Everyone could see it in his face. He was happy. But what about?

"Connor." He heard Ms. Goodwin say. He snapped out of La La land.

"Yes?" Connor answered.

"I would like for you to meet our new Sarah Reese. She'll be working with Dr. Charles." Ms. Goodwin said.

Did she just say Sarah Reese? The one he met at the coffee shop.

"Nice to meet you." He told her like he didn't meet her before.

"Nice to meet you." Sarah said.

"Show her around and get her situated." Ms. Goodwin walked a way.

"I got you this Christmas coffee to pay you back for this morning." He saw what she wrote on it.

'Would you like to go out on a date with me? '

Yes or no.

He circled yes and told her . This is the best day of his life.
