The alarm clock rang at seven a.m. Olga made breakfast for everyone and Angie is joining us which makes me happy. Now in days not much can make me happy, but Angie being with me always makes me smile.
I get dressed for the day and meet everyone downstairs at the table.
"Good morning Vilu." [German]
"Good morning dad. Angie!" [Vilu]
"Vilu! How did you sleep?" [Angie]
"Not the greatest." [Vilu]
"Why didn't you sleep?" [German]
"I think it's just my nerves. Being at the studio took out a lot of energy, but the excitement may have just overwhelmed me." [Vilu]
"I think the more you get into a routine, then maybe your nerves will be more calm." [Angie]
"So there is nothing to worry about?" [German]
"No dad, just nerves." [Vilu]
After breakfast Angie walks with me to the studio where I meet the girls at the courtyard. They were talking about boys. Camilla about Broadway and Francesca about Tomas.
"Broadway sang me the most beautiful song. It was in his birth country's language so I couldn't really understand anything, but the melody was really pretty." [Cami]
"How romantic. I wish Tomas would dedicate a song to me." [Fran]
"You barely know the guy, let alone have the nerve to talk to him." [Cami]
"When I look at him, I can just feel we are destined to be together..." [Fran]
I on the other hand can't stop thinking about Leon. How he has a girlfriend, how he is so happy, that he only is a friend to me and will only be my friend. It really makes me depressed and sad.
"Like Violetta and Leon." [Fran]
"No." [Vilu]
"What do you mean no?" [Fran]
"I went to talk to him yesterday at the track. After he was done practicing he went and talked to this girl. They ended up kissing. She is his girlfriend." [Vilu]
"What!?!" [Cami, Fran]
"I'm just as surprised and confused as you are." [Vilu]
"This doesn't make sense." [Cami]
"He kisses you at the show last year and during one summer he forgets about it, moves on, and has a new girlfriend." [Fran]
"She is his mechanic, they spent all summer together. It sort of makes sense." [Vilu]
"No, Vilu! You were suppose to be Leon's girlfriend. Not his mechanic." [Fran]
"I agree with Fran." [Cami]
Everything was fine, until the devil himself shows up.
"Ladies, talking about me." [Diego]
"You wish." [Fran]
"Vilu, what's with the long face?" [Diego]
"None of your business." [Vilu]
"I'm working with you, and if this is going to work I think I need to know how my partner is doing." [Diego]
"He sort of has a point Vilu." [Fran]
"Fran!" [Cami]
"Thanks for your concern Diego, but if I want to tell you what's wrong, I'll tell you, Ok." [Vilu]
