Why did Leon bother to call? All we did was fight, but I do love the fact that he tried to make it work. The fact is that our friendship has a bridge gap and hopefully in time we gain our friendship back. Right now I do not need his relationship with Roxy to tear me down from overcoming my greatest fear.

Tomorrow is auditions, I want to prepare for the girl band. Fran, Cami, and I also came up with our group name, Las Chicas. In English it translates to The Girls, that's why we went to Spanish, it gives it some spice.

With all the frustrations that were infused by Leon's conversation, I finished my song. At least one good thing came out from this night. I just wish this energy could switch into sleep mode, but there was nothing I could do.

I went down stairs to see if some milk and Olga's famous chocolate cake would do the trick. As I was getting closer to the living room I heard the most beautiful melody....

🎶 Hay un sueño que late

Dentro de ti, dentro de ti

No te deja dormir

No pares, No pares

No, no no te rindas jamas

Lo que sueñes se cumplirá , Confia en ti y lo lograras

Siempre Brillarás 🎶

My mother was sitting at the piano playing that melody.

"Mama, what are you doing?" [Vilu]

"Vilu?!! You'd startled me...I was just...playing around." [Mrs. Castillo]

"Whatever it is that you were playing, it was really beautiful." [Vilu]

"Thank you my love, but shouldn't you be sleeping right now?" [Ms. Castillo]

"Yes, but all I've been doing is tossing and turning. I was hoping Olga's chocolate cake and milk will do the trick." [Vilu]

"That sounds really good...Let's make a deal. You and I will have some cake and milk, and once finished we both go back to bed." [Ms. Castillo]

"Sounds like a good deal." [Vilu]

We both head to the kitchen. My mother cut both her and I a piece of cake while I got two classes of cold milk. Then we each sat down at the counter and began to devour our midnight snack.

"Mama?" [Vilu]

"Yes." [Mrs. Castillo]

"The lyrics you were singing a few minutes ago, what do they mean?" [Vilu]

"My lyrics?" [Mrs. Castillo]

"Yes, you were singing in Spanish...." [Vilu]

"They mean, Born to Shine." [Mrs. Castillo]

"I say you should finish the song." [Vilu]

"Violetta, you know that I stopped singing and composing a long time ago." [Mrs. Castillo]

"I know, but just because that's not your profession I can still see that it is your passion. Someone really wise told me to never give up or let go of your passion." [Vilu]
