Rosie's P.O.V

My alarm buzzed loudly from beside my bed, waking me up with a start. I rolled my eyes and climbed out of my warm bed, still not happy about my room and new house, but tolerating it none the less.

Seven thirty in the morning...brilliant.

I grumbled to myself as I climbed out of bed, ignoring the fact my hair was sticking up like I just stuck my finger in an electric socket.

I pulled down my short shorts, peeling off my strappy tank top and stepping into the shower, letting it sooth my muscles as the warm water cascaded down my back. I sighed in contentment rubbing the shampoo through my long hair and rinsing it out again.

My tired eyes slowly began to adjust to being open, ten minutes later as I stepped out of the shower.

I was a bit more awake, but it was going to take a bomb to get me concious enough for school.

I pulled on a random t-shirt, slipping into my denim short shorts and a pair of converse.

I staggered over to my mirror and put on a small amount of make up, not really caring since it was just school anyway.

Taking one last passing glance in the mirror, I decided I looked as good as I was going to, and made my way downstairs, my nose leading the way towards the pancakes and bacon Mom had cooking.

Yummy.

Mom smiled at me brightly, handing me a plate of goodness. ''Morning sweetheart.'' she said.

''Morning Mom.'' I replied, a mouth full of breakfast. She smiled, rolling her eyes and going back over to the stove to serve Daddy his breakfast.

Daddy walked into the kitchen moments later, a bright smile on his face as he kissed my forehead in a very fatherly way and sat down beside me, pecking Mom on the lips as she handed him her breakfast.

I suppressed a gag and continued to eat my breakfast, shovelling it down me until there was nothing left.

''Bye Mom, Bye Dad!'' I chirped in false happiness on my way out the front door.

Mom got me my babysitting job to take my mind off things, and make me feel more at home. Yeah, it worked a bit, but only when I'm actually working; which isn't that often. I still have to go to a school where I have no friends, am behind in classes, can't find my way, and get stared at by everyone there.

Long story short, I still hate this place.

Sighing, I pulled at the straps on my backpack and embark on the long walk of which is to school. Thankfully there were no puddles, so I didn't have to worry about Josh being an ass again.

Considering it's a ten minute drive to school, walking takes even longer, so as you can guess, I was unbelievably bored.

I bobbed my head in time to the imaginary music I was singing in my head, blocking everything out as I walked at a leisurely pace towards the school. I was in no rush, it's not like I wanted to be their.

As it did every morning, Josh's sports car whizzed past, he and Craig in the front seats, acting like they owned the town.

I rolled my eyes and kept walking.

Finally, a good twenty minutes later, I eventually arrived at school, walking through the gates and up through the busy car park.

I couldn't help but mentally gag at all the slutty girls leaning over Josh and his boys in the car. It was like a morning routine.
