*9 MONTHS LATER*
'What are you doing?'
'He likes this song.'
'How could you possibly know that?'
'I checked his facebook page. I mean, he can hear everything, right?'
'Well, auditory functions are the last sensory faculties to degenerate.'
Barry gasps, sitting up with wide eyes as both Cisco and Caitlin turn around with wide eyes.
"Oh my god!" Cisco yells as Barry regains control of his body muscles.
"Where am I?"
"He's up!"
"Dr. Wells, get down to the Cortex, like right now!" Cisco said into a walkie talkie as Caitlin approached Barry, flashlight in hand.
"BP 170 over 110, pulse 120. Pupils equally responsive to light." Caitlin said as Barry started to turn away from her, freeing himself of the cables attached to his body, "Look at me, look at me."
"Woah, woah, relax." Cisco said, "Everythings okay, man. You're at S.T.A.R. Labs."
"S.T.A.R. Labs? Who are you?"
"I'm Cisco Ramon. She's Caitlin-- Dr. Snow."
"I need you to urinate in this."
"Not this second!"
"What is happening? What is going on?"
"You were struck by lightning, dude!"
"What?" Barry turned around and stared at a monitor, projecting his body, "Lightning.. gave me.. abs?"
"Your muscles should be atrophied... but instead they're in a chronic state of cellular regeneration."
"Come here. Have a seat."
Barry sat and stared at both Cisco and Caitlin.
"You were in a coma."
"For how long?"
"Nine months." came a voice from behind them; Dr. Harrison Wells appeared in a wheelchair, "Welcome back, Mr. Allen. We have a lot to discuss."
