They Cheat (Clary and Raphael)

Clary:

You and Clary have been dating for a few months. After things didn't work out much with Jace she had decided to give you a shot at a relationship with her. Things have been getting hectic lately with Simon,her best friend,being a vampire and her feelings for Jace while trying to free her mother from her sleep and stop Valentine.

"Y/N,"Alec and Isabelle called out to you. You were lost in your thoughts.

"Come on Y/N,"Isabelle said waving her hand in front of your face which made you snap out of your daydreaming.

"What Izzy,"you asked them.

"We need to tell you something,"Alec said slowly which made you give him a confused look.

"What is it"you asked. Alec looked to Izzy then they looked back at you.

"What? You guys are making me feel weird. What is happening? Is there something wrong with Clary or Jace,"you asked. Clary and Jace were the two people in your life which you cared for the most.

"Not exactly,"Isabelle said giving you a sympathetic look. You just sigh and go off to find your girl friend. First you decide to go check her room.

~Time skip~

As you walk inside Clary's room you see she is not there but her bed is all messy and somethings are on her floor which give you a bad feeling.

'Maybe she is in the training room,'you said to yourself.

~Time skip to the training room~

Once you get closer to the training room you hear Clary talking to your brother Jace.

"Well Jace you know why I can't....it's because of Y/N,"Clary says touching Jace's arm. Jace just gives her a smirk.

"Oh I am sure Y/N would care. Remember we need to do what is right,"he said touching her arm in an affectionate way which makes tears form in your eyes. Clary was cheating on you and out of all people she had to cheat with it had to be your brother.

"Well I don't know what I am going to tell Y/N about this,"Clary says frantically. You shake your head deciding to make everything easier for her and tell her your guys relationship is over so you went inside the training room. A startled Clary and Jace turned around to see you. Jace quickly moved away from Clary as you glared at them.

"Jace.....my own brother,"you spat at him then shot an evil look at Clary.

"And you my own girlfriend,"you said with your voice becoming small.

"Y/N this is not what it looks like,"she says to you looking back at Jace then back at you.

"Oh not what it looks like. I know what it looks like. You are too scared to break up with me so let me make it easier for you. Clary...you and I are no longer together,"you simply say to try and show her that you were not going to break over her but inside you felt shattered. Clary began to shake her head and her eyes began to water.

"Y/N you don't know what you are doing,"Jace began to say stepping forward over to you but you put your hand up to stop him.

"Oh I know exactly what I am doing. Next time you want to sneak around then break up with the person first Clary,"you say then turning around and leaving. You heard Clary crying but you didn't care. A few tears slipped from your eyes as you went back to work like nothing had happened. You told yourself that you were foolish to believe in love.

Raphael:

You and Raphael were dating for three years now. It was a difficult relationship with a lot of conflict due to you being a Shadowhunter and your boyfriend being a Vampire but you and Raphael were so happy together. Today you both were having a date night with just the two of you with no Vampire business or shadowhunter business.

You were fixing your dress when your brother Jace walked into the room.

"You know I still don't approved of you dating that vampire,"he said leaning against the wall and crossing his arms over his chest. You just roll your eyes at your older brother.

"Yeah Jace and I don't care. I love Raphael and he loves me,"you say to him.

"I just don't want you to get hurt,"he says to you with a flash of sadness in his eyes.

"Trust me big brother I won't. Now if you excuse me I have to go see someone tonight,"you say smiling.

"Okay be careful. See you later,"he says then leaves your room. You grab your purse and coat then leave your room and out the institute to Hotel Dumort.

~Time Skip~

You were inside of Hotel Dumort looking for Raphael. The vampires inside the place were nice to you even though you were a shadowhunter. Well if they weren't nice to you then they would be in trouble with Raphael. You had just heard that there was a new female vampire and Raphael being the leader....had to train her and teach her the ways of being a vampire which you didn't mind. You started to get a strange feeling as to why you couldn't find him as you walked over to his room. You were about to knock when you heard giggling inside of his room. You brought your hand up to open the door but something was telling you when you did open the door that you were going to see something that you would never want to see but you ignored that your mind was yelling at you to leave but you opened the door anyways. When you did you saw something that made your heart shatter. Raphael and the new vampire girl. They were in bed together. Kissing and giggling. You were surprised as to why Raphael couldn't hear your heartbeat or sense that you were there.

"So Raphael this is what I mean to you. Huh,"you say yelling which makes him and the new born vampire break apart from each other. Raphael's eyes widened in shock.

"Y/N,"he said to you surprised.

"This is not what it looks like. She means nothing,"he began to say but you cut him off.

"Glad you found someone to make you happy Raph. I knew you were never happy with being with a shadowhunter,"you say then turn to leave crying.

"No Y/N,"Raphael said beginning to get out of the bed.

"No,"you yelled at him.

"Don't. I am leaving and you....you will never see me ever again,"you said trying to keep yourself together but inside you wanted to scream at him and make him pay but that was not who you were. You just turned away and left heart broken away from the man you thought would never break your heart but now you believed your brother was right. Feelings for a downworlder get in the way of everything.
