Logan's view:

"Bye mom." I said waving at her from beside Madison. She curtly waved at me before running out and jumping in the car.

My dad sighed, "you know how you mother is. She'll warm up eventually, just give her time." I nodded. I stuck out my hand and pulled him into a hug.

He pulled back and smiled, "be good now, kid." He looked at Madison and smiled down at her, "watch my son for me, he tends to get into trouble when no ones looking."

Madison laughed, "trust me, I have a pretty good idea how to punish him now." she smirked up at me. There was a sparkle in her eyes and I immediately knew what she was referring to.

"Okay, good. Keep at it." My dad smiled and went on his way.

My parents were only able to stay for so long while Jen and Parker's were able to stay for far longer. Not that any of us minded because they were a pleasure to have. I actually preferred it this way, at least until my mother finally got over herself.

"I'm sorry about my mom." I sighed, she just gave me a lazy grin.

"It's fine, I understand. Your amazing and she thinks that you deserve someone equally amazing." She grabbed my hand and started pulling us back to our bedroom. It was the crack of dawn, but we wanted to say goodbye to my parents.

"Yet here I am with someone better." I grabbed her waist and pulled her to me for a kiss. "someone I don't deserve." I said in between another kiss.

She scoffed after pulling back, "you're just buttering me up because you want to me to stay here instead of going to work."

I smirked, "would that be so bad?"

"I've been missing far too many days Logan. And it's only my first year. It's extremely unprofessional." We walked through our bedroom and she went into the bathroom, which I followed her to.

"You don't have to work anymore anyways. The castle and I can support you." I said.

"I don't want that, I want to be able to support myself." she grabbed some clothes from our closet and a towel.

"Even after we're married."

"I'm still going to work but yes, we'll come to a compromise at that time." She turned the water on and tested it.

"What if something happens to you? I won't be there to protect you."

"I can protect myself." she reminded me then proceeded to take off her clothes. "Besides, I can always teleport you there and the boys will be with me and a whole school of supernatural creatures."

She stepped through the glass shower stall and the water immediately started drowning her, the glass started to fog over. "Madison, I don't get why you need to do this."

"Because I'm a woman and I'm stubborn by nature." I could see the grin behind the fog.

I huffed and crossed my arms, "fine then I'm joining you for a shower." I started taking off my shirt against Madison's protests.

"No! I'll never leave if you get in here." She growled at me. But of course I went in anyways.

"I'm late now!" She yelled at me scurrying around the bedroom. Jumping into her jeans and putting on her shoes at the same time.

I laughed and wrapped the towel around my waist. "You just can't get enough of me." I smirked walking to the closet.
