You know how writers will once or twice write a rant about how in a story a guy and a girl meet and literally like 2-3 chapters in, they're in a relationship of sorts?
I didn't realize what they were going through until now.
Just scrolling thorough some Assassin's Creed Syndicate Fanfics and the first one I read has that exact plot.
Chapter 1) Girl moves to London
Chapter 2) Meets The Frye Twins
Chapter 3) Hangs Out With Jacob Frye
Chapter 4) Slowly falls in love with Jacob, Jacob climbs a tree and sneaks into girls bedroom to confess his love to him and they kiss.
Yep.
And the crazy thing is, this all happens over the course of TWO DAYS!
It's just... What?
It just doesn't work like that!
Love takes time; A lot of time to fully form.
That was only the first Assassin's Creed fanfic I ever read, so I'm not going to give up reading them just yet.
But still...
Writers and readers everywhere, I officially feel your pain.
