Getting rescued

The doctor plunged the needle into my arm.

After that I hear a door burst open and heavy boots on the staircase.

I look to the door and see Vincent and his men.

I pull my hands out of the holder and remove the needle from my hand.

I plunge the needle into the doctors neck and pull the leaver.

I touch my stomach. I told you I was going to protect you. Mummy is going to honour that promise.

Vincent stops at the stairs.

I smirk. "Took you long enough Mr Diablo."

He chuckle. "The party has started since I'm here."

Gina walks over to me. You can't leave, sis. I need that baby."

I shake my head. "You can't have my baby."

Gina walks over to me and attacks.

I throw my fist into her face and she falls to the ground. Blood cakes her nose.

I hear a gunshot and see Meg and Celeste with bullets in them.

I start to feel queasy.

Vincent walks over to me and points the gun at Gina's head.

I pull Vincent's hand down. "Please, don't hurt her. She needs help and I want to be the one that does that."

Vincent moves over to the doctor and shoots him.

I look at Gina. "Can someone carry her out?"

Vincent looks at his men. "Help the girl. Tie her hand with rope and don't let her out of your sight."

"Thank you, Vincent." Then everything goes black.

When I open my eyes I see that I'm in a bedroom and it has light purple blinds, the sun is peaking through the blinds.

I stretch  and climb out of bed.

I find some of my clothes in the cupboard and get changed.

I pull on a simple white dress and run my fingers through my hair.

I open the door to the room and step into the long hallway.

A guy is stationed next to my door.

I look closely at him. "Michael?"

He smiles. "Yeah,"

"You work for Vincent?"

He nods. "He gave me a last night after I helped rescue you."

"That's great. Do you know where I can find my fiancé?"

He shakes his head. "I'm sorry I haven't met enough people here yet. I was told to keep an eye on you and when you woke up to take you to the kitchen."

Michael rises and starts to walk to the stairs.

I follow him.
