I couldn't believe this. I was feeling our baby kick. It was a feeling that I couldn't even describe. I'm a paramedic. I should have known what it's like. I didn't though. I didn't though this feeling because I've never experience it before. It's different when it's you, and not a patient. I knew after discovering this thanks to Hermann, that I have to tell Casey.
I walked to his office. He looked up from his desk " hi.. you okay.." I laughed " I am.." I sat down as he come over to sit with me " I felt a kick.." He looked at me " what..?" I smiled " The baby kicked... Hermann had to explain it to me.. but he.. she kicked!" He put his hand over my stomach " oh.. my.. our baby's kicking.." I laughed " yeah.."
I was ready for what was about to come. I had to be. We had to start preparing ourselves and everything else. It has to be this way.
This chapter is just going to be a little shorter. It's more as a update from the last chapter!
