Seperated - chapter 21

Y/n probably thinks I'm a pervert now. I shouldn't have let that stupid pet name slip. I was gonna visit them later in the day.

What I didn't know was if they were in their cave or not.

I was out of my cave for once. I was swimming around in search of Sebastian, I was gonna try and give him something.

I could hear a weird creaking from above me when I surfaced. I looked up and first thing I saw was the roof collapsing on me.

Before I could move, I was back underwater with my tail lodged under the roof. It hurt like hell to move anything. I couldn't scream or make any verbal noise due to being under water.

I saw the water turning red. For once I was scared of death, a siren was scared for once. I tried to drag myself out, but the pain was too much.

I let out the one noise that'd probably make it through.

Me and the group were walking through a door when we all heard the most ear piercing screech come from some water.

Max was the first to go check in the water. He only dipped his head under and was quick to pull back. "Yo dude there's a siren down there." His words surprised me. "It's under the collapsed room." He added.

That last part explained why it didn't attack us on sight. I grabbed my radio and paged the other unit that'd been sent down with us.

"We got the siren"

I was starting to get concerned cause I hadn't found Y/N anywhere. I couldn't hear anything of concern around me but I had a weird feeling in my chest.

I was worried for their safety. I heard commotion in the distance after a while. I saw them taking an unconscious Y/N into a secured room.

Before I could do anything the door shut. I now needed to get Phoenix for this. I was scared to loose Y/N.
