Feelings? - chapter 9

Y/N's POV
I had been thinking about my feelings when I'm around Sebastian a little bit more than before. I always felt so fuzzy and happy near him, it was so out of character for me to feel that way towards him.

I still couldn't forget about the locker, he had gotten so close to me in there without even seeming to regret it. Just thinking about him brought my mood up some. I didn't necessarily know what these feeling were but I felt a need to get closer to him than I was, I wanted to be able to do more than just hug him.

I was slithering back and forth in my cave trying to decide what to do for these feelings. I would of continued if Sebastian himself didn't pop out of the flooded hole leading into my cave. We both just stared for a second.

"Huh, so this is where you've been staying," he simply hummed to himself. He pulled himself up into my cave and due to it being a little smaller and harder to maneuver in than his shop, he was significantly closer to me than in the shop.

I wasn't exactly complaining though. We sat in comfortable silence for a while. After a few minutes of sitting in comfort silence he did something bold, and when I say bold I mean BOLD, and he laid his head down onto what would be my 'lap' since I had my tail infront of me.

He seemed pretty comfortable. I felt my face heat up and I looked away. I moved one of my hands to run it through his hair. His hair felt greasy and tangled due to being unmaintained for so long.

I just kept my hand going through his hair while I was looking away. I looked back down he was asleep on me. I felt my face heat up even more. I didn't know if I should wake him up or not.

I went to try and slip away a little but his tail curled around us both in his sleep. I relaxed and leaned against his tail, it was oddly comfortable comparing to my normal method of sleeping on the hard rock floor of the cave. I slowly drifted into sleep with him laying his head on my lap with his tail wrapped around the two of us. I felt weirdly comforted by the warmth. I went to sleep with him.
