Asami's P.O.V.

She was standing. Korra was standing. Even if it was with the help of the rails beside her, she was standing.

"Your mind can be your worst enemy, or your greatest tool. focus on your legs, picture walking over to Naga and Asami. Now take a step." Katara said

Korra summoned every ounce of strength she had and tried to step forward. one step, two steps, a third! that was when she flashedback, her body collapsed to the floor, she was in too much pain to even try to stand up, so I picked her up and put her back in the wheel chair, well I tried to, but Korra protested.

"Korra, you're in too much pain to do this again." I said

"I have to." she replied

"No, what you have to do is rest. Katara, tell her."

"Asami's right, Korra. Even if you weren't in pain, I wouldn't allow you to do it again. this exercise is not only physically exhausting, but mentally as well." Katara said

"I can do this!" Korra said

"I'm sure you can, but I can't let you. Every moral function I have is set against it. If I allow you to try again, right now, you will kill yourself."

"Alright. Alright, I'll stop for now. Asami, take me home."

"Happily." I said

when we got back, Tonraq was standing at the door on the phone. "Asami, there's someone here asking for you. His name is Terro."

"Dammit! He's my Chief Operating Officer, he knows I took a leave of absence. What does he want?" I asked

"He won't say, he just says he wants to talk to you."

"Take Korra to her room, I'll talk to him."

"Of course."

Slowly I took the phone from his hand and lifted it to my ear.

"Terro, what in the hell do you think You're doing calling me? You know I'm on a leave of absence." I said, calmly

"Yes, I do know that. I want to know how long this 'leave of absence' will take, we have things we need to be doing, President Reiko came to me yesterday, proposing that we rebuild the infrastructure of the city." He replied

"You don't need me to do that."

"Yes we do! We have no clue what we're doing without you."

"I'll think about it."

Korra's P.O.V.

I was sitting in bed, doing what I usually do. Nothing, when I heard a familiar voice in the bathroom, singing.
