Most supernaturals Think his Supernatural Creature is just myths and legends that humans came up with so when he arrives at the school and tells everyone what he is they are all in shock.
His creature Has mates(always romantic)and Hope is his mate.
He knew hope was his mate when he first looked at her.
But he doesn't tell her, becoming her friend first and if she gains feeling for him and they start dating he will tell her, as he doesn't want to force or manipulate her into being with him.
