His Quirk is a mutant Type, He looks like a Humanoid Triceratops, He has Enhanced Strength, Speed, Senses etc. (He looks like the triceratons from Teenage mutant ninja turtles.)
He is In the same age range as class 1A.
He has been bullied all his life because how he looks. Because of that he can't tolerate bullies and thinks they are horrible people who enjoys others pain and suffering.
He never gets along with bakugo and mineta.
He becomes fast and close friends with the people in class 1A that have mutant type quirks same as him.
