"Yes yes, we'll be fine. We will move everything tomorrow early in the morning. You guys can go get some rest, thanks again for your help today" Dahyun was trying to get the Elites to leave, but Jihyo was still persistent on helping them move everything into their dorms tomorrow 

"Ya know what, Tzuyu and Chaeyoung will take up your offer on going to your dorms, take them with you T-T" 

Mina and Sana popped out from behind Jihyo and each grabbed onto their respective 'lovers' while Tzuyu and Chaeyoung were shaking their heads frantically trying to get away from the grasp of the other two

"Help Dahyun!" Chaeyoung tried grabbing onto Dahyun but Yeri came and swatted her hand away with a huge grin and winked 

"Don't act like you didn't want to go with them, I saw you two look at each other when Nayeon offered" Dahyun crossed her arms and rolled her eyes 

Yeri  whispered something to Dahyun and left, Jihyo told the others to go first and that she'd catch up

"Dahyun" Jihyo said seriously 

"Jihyo" Dahyun returned with the same amount of energy 

"I know there is more to the three of you that meets the eye. You may be able to fool them, but I know that there is something more behind your innocent faces" Jihyo said and stared right into Dahyun's eyes, that stared back. She wasn't afraid.

"Oh trust me, I know there's more to you all as well, by far, you, Nayeon and Jeongyeon are the most suspicious. And about us, we have no bad intentions, especially Chaeyoung and Tzuyu. Don't forget the fact that you Elites were also the ones that approached us first" Dahyun said as her voice deepened, Jihyo seemed to accept this reasoning and bid her goodbye before she turned to leave.

"They finally gone?" Yeri asked as she leaned on the kitchen counter and Dahyun walked over

"Yeah, Jihyo was a tough one to get off my back though"

"I can tell, you look a bit overwhelmed. Are you ok?" 

"Hm... yeah, what were you gonna tell me earlier actually?" 

"That girl—the bunny looking one— I swear she looks like the face I saw... that night" dahyun's eyes went wide with both shock and horror 

"A-are you sure Yeri?"

"I-I don't know... but I remember those same eyes staring down at me before everything went black... I still remember it like it was yesterday. I get nightmares all the time about it and can't fall asleep afterwards" Yeri confessed 

"I get it way too well..." dahyun said grimly and shaking her head "but that's not the point, if it was the Im family or someone related to them..."

"Argh I don't want to think about it anymore, I don't want to relive that again" 

"No one would Yeri, but what should we do? Even if it was them or Nayeon herself, no one would believe us, we'd seem crazy trying to blame an Elite"

"That's true... but I don't feel safe around her at all. Like I felt her stare at me a couple of times while I was out of your room"

Dahyun found this extremely suspicious, she never had a good feeling about Nayeon but if even Yeri thought something was up with the girl, then maybe she wasn't just jumping to conclusions 

"Should we try and find out?"

"No! I-I mean—"

"It's fine Yerim, I get it, you're afraid of the past coming back to haunt you again. But I promise, she won't lay a finger on you as long as I'm around, I won't let her harm you or anyone you hold dear, not again, not never" Yeri felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude and relief towards Dahyun at this very moment, one thing to note is that Dahyun was never one to back down from protecting her loved ones or standing up for herself when needed, even if they were stronger than her. She'd fight for what she believed in till the end, even if it means her life.

"Thank you Dahyun, that makes me feel better about all this"

"Yeah no worries"

My phone started ringing again like crazy. Me and Yeri looked at each other and shrugged our shoulders, Yeri passed me my phone and wouldn't you guess it. It was that stupid group chat

"You wanna go to the rooftop of the dorms over at Luminary?" Dahyun said while turning to face Yeri who, visibly tensed up a bit

"Don't worry I'm not forcing you to go. But if you do want to go, I promise nothing will happen. I won't let anything happen, Tzuyu and Chaeng won't either"

"Y-yeah sure I'll come with..." 

Dahyun patted Yeri's shoulder and shot a meaningful smile

"You'll be ok, we'll be ok"
