Lost Episode: Escape from the Sprit world

Amity's intro

Water. Earth. Fire. Air.

Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar, master of all four elements, could stop them, but when the world needed her most, she vanished. A hundred years passed, and me, Willow and Gus discovered the new Avatar, an airbender named Luz. And although her airbending skills are great, she has a lot to learn before she's ready to save anyone.

But I believe Luz can save the world

Prelude

The shot opens to Luz on a hill sitting with her hands covering her ears. The camera pans in and Luz wakes up.

“What happened? Where am I?” Luz asked

(Off-camera.) “You are in the Spirit World.” a voice said

(Looks up and smiles.) “Prince Loe!” Luz said

The shot changes to show the spirit Loe floating in front of the moon. The camera pans toward him.

“Luz, your Avatar Spirit has been injured. If you don't act fast, you will lose your connection to your past lives …” (Shot changes to Luz looking concerned.) “and the Avatar Cycle will end.” (Shot changes to a side shot of Loe.) “You must find your previous four past lives and reconnect with them.” Loe said

(Camera pans to her.) “How do I do that?” Luz asked

(Off-camera.) “You will find them here, in the Spirit World. But be careful ... Koh will try to steal your face.” (Frontal shot of Luz, whose eyes widen in concern. She subsequently relaxes her face to show no emotion.) “Be careful about what spirits you talk to.” (Frontal shot of Loe.) “Some will help you, but others work for Koh, and they will trick you.” (Camera pans out as Loe fades away.) “Good luck, Luz.” Loe said

Fade to black.

Chapter 1: Avatar Moku

The shot shows a geyser of fire come out from the ground. When the geyser suddenly stops, the camera shows Luz standing behind it, and slowly pans in.

(Yelling.) “Moku, where are you?” (A geyser goes off in the trees behind her. She looks around and slowly walks forward. Suddenly, a geyser goes off right in front of her.) Aaahh!” Luz screamed

(Suddenly appears from inside the geyser. Bowing.) “Hello Luz.” Moku said

“I'm sorry, Moku ... I tried to master the Avatar State ... but I failed.” Luz said

“Mastering the Avatar State takes much spiritual discipline and patience.” (Frontal shot.) “I learned this the hard way.” Moku said

The camera fades to white and shows an aerial shot of Crescent Island. Moku's blue dragon flies toward the volcano.

“Where are we going?” Luz asked

The shot changes to a closer shot of the volcano as Moku's dragon flies down to the temple.

“To the Fire Sage's temple. One-hundred-fifty-four years ago …” Moku said

Cut to inside the temple. Luz and Moku are standing in the corner as spirits, while Kaja and a younger Moku sit on the floor meditating.

“Concentrate on your breath ... Clear your mind of all thoughts …” (Split screen showing Moku on the bottom and Kaja on the top.) “Enter the Avatar State …” Kaja said
