Amity's intro
Water. Earth. Fire. Air.
Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar, master of all four elements, could stop them, but when the world needed her most, she vanished. A hundred years passed, and me, Willow and Gus discovered the new Avatar, an airbender named Luz. And although her airbending skills are great, she has a lot to learn before she's ready to save anyone.
But I believe Luz can save the world
The episode opens to Team Avatar's place of stay in Ba Sing Se, where Willow is drawing inaccurate pictures of Appa for missing posters. Luz and Amity enter.
(Cheerfully.) “We found a printer to make our posters!” Amity said (Reveals the poster and Luz smiles and points at it.)
“Hey, I thought designing the lost Appa poster was my job. I've been working all day on my Appa!” Willow said (Shows her crudely drawn picture of Appa with a proud smile. Cut to an exasperated Luz and Amity while Gus tries to hold back his laughter.)
“Willow, the arrow is on Appa's head.” Luz said
(Dismayed.) “This is his head.” Willow said (Points to the sketch.)
(Takes the picture from Willow, looks confused.) “Why are feet coming out of it?” Camila asked
(Snatches back the picture indignantly.) “Those are his horns.” (Hangs her head.) “I haven't seen him in a while, okay?” Willow asked
(Reads a book at the table, mockingly.) “It looks just like him to me!” Eda said
“Thank you, I worked really-” (Suddenly remembering that she is an expert.) “Why do you feel the need to do that?” Willow said
“I thought it was funny.” Boscha said (laughs while Willow frowns from it.)
“Let's just stick with the professional version.” Amity said
Willow angrily rips up her drawing.
(Excitedly.) “Come on, let's get busy!” Luz said (Holds up some pamphlets.)
Cut to Luz and King dropping dozens of posters all over Ba Sing Se. One poster falls in front of the camera, and the scene changes to the tea shop where Lilith and Kaldo are working. Kaldo serves tea to two customers, who enjoy it. They approach him.
“So, you're the genius behind this incredible brew. The whole city is buzzing about you! I hope Pao pays you well.” the customer said
“Good tea is its own reward.” Kaldo said
“But it doesn't have to be the only reward. How would you like to have your own tea shop?” the customer asked
(Frontal view. Pao looks around, concerned.) “My own tea shop? This is a dream come true!” Kaldo said
(Quickly moving to stand between the group.) “What's going on here? Are you trying to poach my tea-maker?” Pao asked
“Sorry Pao, but that's business for you, am I right?” the customer asked
“Mushi, if you stay, I'll make you assistant manager. Wait, senior assistant manager!” Pao said desperately
“I'll provide you with a new apartment in the Upper Ring.” (Cut to Lilith, who was busy putting empty tea cups on a tray, but now looks up and glances over her shoulder to follow the customer's offer more closely, voice-over.) “The tea shop is yours to do whatever you want,” (Cut back to frontal shot of the customer.) “complete creative freedom.” the customer said
