I told you that I never sleep but that's a lie.
I sleep so peacefully knowing that you'll be in my dream.
in my dream, we're holding hands, we're drinking hot chocolate while watching nightmare before Christmas.
we're laughing at our silly cheesy jokes.
we're dancing with no music on.
we're kissing and it feels so surreal.
it feels like heaven on earth.
your lips intertwined with my lips and my arms around you
your arms around me and it just makes me feel at home.
you make me feel like I'm home.

Oh how I want to write you sweet poems and recite them to you while you hold me.
oh how I want to sing to you sweet lullaby's and have you duet with me.
Oh how I want to watch you eat your favorite food and admire the beauty that's in front of me.
oh how I want to run my fingers through your nice curly brown hair and make you feel warm on the inside.
I want to make you feel good.
I want to make you feel something that you never felt in a lifetime.
In my dreams, you're perfect to me and I'm perfect to you and we both have such an astonishing relationship that will forever be in my heart.

I wake up and that dream is over.
Waking up is torture because you aren't here anymore.
waking up feels so draining to do because I know I won't get to see you.
I won't get to feel your kiss
Your hugs
Your cuddles
I won't get to hear your voice
Your laugh
I won't get to see how imperfect your dancing is
And it's burning me to the core.

I keep these dreams alive by writing about them and asking god if he can repeat the dreams again because if I can't have you with me in reality

Can I please have you in my dreams?.
