Chapter 23

Soothing salty breeze of the wind woke me up, as I heard murmurs outside the room.

Pagmulat ko ng aking mga mata ay ang nakaawang na sliding window ang aking nabungaran. The wind is dancing with the curtains. I frowned as I looked at my surrounding, this is not my hotel room!

Napabangon ako but I halt midway when I felt the searing pain on my back down to my folds.

"Putangina..." I muttered despite feeling the numbness of my limbs.

Memories of last night came crushing into my head. Napatakip ako ng mukha.

Oh my goodness! I'm doomed!

Naagaw ng aking tingin ang roba na nasa bedside table along with a glass of water which I took because of my throat feeling so dry.

Kahit nahihirapan ay maingat akong tumayo papasok ng banyo. Gusto kong maiyak nang maupo ako sa inidoro at sinubukang umihi. I clenched my hands so hard while peeing. It was so painful.

I took a few minutes contemplating what recklessness happened last night bago nagdesisyong maligo. The shower made my aching body relaxed a bit. I wore the robe realizing that this isn't my room.

I went out and still found no one in the room at patuloy ang pag-uusap sa labas. Nakaawang lang saglit ang pintuan kaya rinig ko ang bulungan, I saw Archer and Rhyno talking at the living room near the sliding door.

Napatingin silang dalawa sa akin at natigil sa usapan.

Archer grinned mischievously nang makita ako. He looked at me from head to toe before whistling.

"Had a rough night, Mrs. Villarojo?" he playfully asked.

Ha? Ano daw?

I tried to walk towards them ngunit napapangiwi sa tuwing nasasagi ang gitna ko. Again, I saw how Archer observed my walk which earned a laugh from him.

"Pinanggigilan ka yata kagabi, Fausea." He laughed.

"Shut up, Asshole." Rhyno hissed nang makitang namula ako.

Tumayo siya at marahas na hinatak ang pinsan papalabas. I could feel my cheeks burned from embarrassment realizing what he told.

I faced palmed.

Nang makabalik si Rhyno ay doon ko lang naramdaman ang kahihiyang ginawa.

I cleared my throat as I observe him went to the small dining of this, I think is a villa.

He unfold the utensils and fixed the plates.

"Let's eat. How are you feeling?" kaswal nitong tanong na tila normal lang ang mga nangyari!

"What time is it?" I responded a question instead of answering. "Where is my bag?"

He gestured on the coffee table kaya naglakad ako para kunin iyon. Rhyno was just observing me.

I mentally cursed when I saw that it is already afternoon.

Naramdaman kong naupo si Rhyno sa aking harapan. "Come on, Fau. Let's eat. Pasado alas dos na."

"No, I have to go home. May shoot ako bukas."

I opened Maddie's texts searching for me ngunit natigil nang umaga na.

Maddie:

Sorry for texting, ma'am. Kasama mo pala si Mr. Villarojo. Hihi Enjoy!

Kahit kailan talaga ang babaeng ito.

"I informed Maddie that you will be with me today. Won't you give me a piece of your time, Fau? I've been busy for the past months." Aniya.

Nangunot ang aking noo. "Kasalanan ko ba na naging busy ka?"
