Dan stirs in his sleep when you lie down beside him, and lets out a deep sigh. You chuckle softly and he opens his eyes.

"Hello," he mumbles. "Did you get it filmed?"

You shrug and grimace. "I did, but I'm not uploading it, I don't think."

"Why not?"

"It's too... unlike the normal me, I guess," you reply.

Dan gives you an apologetic smile. "I get that too. It sucks."

"I know," you agree. "Oh, I have to tell you something."

He sits up. "What?"

"We have to go to my mum's house on Saturday," you say with a sigh.

"... Is that a bad thing?"

"Yes, it's bad. She obviously wants to judge you or something!"

"I'll just have to impress her, then."

You give him an apologetic smile. "I really don't want to go."

"Couldn't you have just said no?"

"It's not that easy - once she has her mind set on something, there's no changing it."

"It won't be that bad, Y/n. Is your dad going?"

"Nope."

"Well, at least he won't be there to ruin it for you..."

"Yeah, I guess so... Seeing as I'm all made up, want to film a video for your channel?" you suggest.

"Okay. Does my hair look alright?" Dan asks you anxiously, fixing it out of habit.

You roll your eyes and laugh lightly. "It looks wonderful."

He copies your gesture. "But seriously, Y/n, does it?"

"Seriously, Dan, yes," you reply, grinning.

"You plank," he retorts.

If you had a drink right now, you'd probably choke on it.

"Plank?" you ask between laughter.

"Yes, plank. You're always teasing me!"

"Psh, I'm only copying you. And imitation is the sincerest form of flattery (apparently)!"

Now it's Dan's turn to laugh. "Bulls***."

You shrug. "Yeah, I never believed in that saying much either. Copying is just really annoying..."

*le time skip*

​"Hello internet!" Dan says to the camera, doing his signature two fingered salute.

"Hey there!" you say, smiling.

"Today I am joined with Y/n, and we are doing..."

He looks at you expectantly and you look back, confused.

"What are we doing?" you ask.

Dan laughs. "Today we are doing the Tumblr Tag Challenge!"

You facepalm. "Nooooo..."

"Okay, so basically, we're going to look through our ship name Tumblr tag, and react to it. Let's gooo!"

You do a scared face to the camera. "Help me."

Dan laughs and types your ship name into the search bar. He presses enter and flashes you a grin.

"Now we wait for it to load... okay, there it is!" he exclaims.
