A/n: Just a glimpse of Kushina and Jiko. So, after Jiko and Ysolde left, the siblings often wrote to each other.
My Dearest Kushina,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. It has been far too long since we last spoke, and I find myself missing the laughter and warmth of our family. I've missed you. Ysolde and I both do. Minato as well, please tell him that. I often wonder how you and Minato are doing. Are you both well? I hope life in the village has been treating you kindly.
Where we've settled, the sun graces us with its presence almost every day, and rain is a rare guest. It's quite a change from the village, but Ysolde and I have found solace in the peacefulness of our new home.
Please, give my warmest regards to my old friend and teammate, Sakumo Hatake. I often think of the adventures we shared together and the bond we forged on those missions. I hope he is doing well. I also hope life has treated him kindly.
And now, for the most joyous news of all, dear sister. Ysolde and I are expecting a baby girl. We're eagerly awaiting the arrival of our firstborn—a beautiful baby girl. After much contemplation, we've decided to name her Nhira. Ysolde wants to ask you if you think it's a pretty name. I personally think it is especially since it means "the hope of love". She is due to arrive in this world around the season of fall, in the month of November. The thought of becoming parents fills us with both joy and anticipation. My only regret is not being able to share this joy with you in person.
Once Nhira reaches the age of one, we promise to visit the village. I want our precious daughter to know her roots and, most importantly, to meet her incredible aunt, Kushina. Until that moment arrives, please take care of yourselves, and rest assured that you occupy a special place in our hearts and thoughts.
