Shaking her head and all the negative thoughts, she stood up and opened the door to look at her frowning sister who looked ready to break the door.

"Don't you have patience, woman? Har kisi ko Apne shauhar jaisa na samjh liya Karo Janna,"

"I have enough patience to track you down... Now don't test me like that idiot do. Aur tum Behan ho meri, aur Kisi Nahi,"

Mannat wanted to argue but knowing Jannat she just shut her mouth and look at her bored when Jannat patted her head like a kid and give a smug grin instead.

"Now that you are out of your chohe wala bill... Do me a favor and don't go back there. You have 15 minutes to get ready otherwise I won't hesitate, dragging you to the car...,"

Just like that Jannat went away probably to hunt her husband and lecture him for God knows what.

"Eska Kuch Nahi ho Sakta,"

Mannat rolled her eyes as she closed the door and huffed remembering why she was hiding in the first place.

Jannat planned to drag Mannat out of the house for shopping and spa day to relax because tomorrow is the function.

But she doesn't want to go, she only agrees to the party for the sake of her Baba and Bade Papa.

With that thought, she did the worst mistake of her life, when she ignore Jannat's warning and sat down with her favorite poetry book. If she can't write, she can still enjoy good poetries and distract herself.

Just as the needle strikes the 16th minute on the clock, Jannat burst into the room like a hurricane scowling at her sister who just keeps looking at her book but didn't hide her annoyance.

"Thanks for knocking and respecting privacy Janna...,"

"Should have listened to me... Knocking and respecting privacy is not on my agenda for today... Especially for party poppers,"

Jannat passed an extra sugary smile to her twin that can cause diabetes with just one look and marched straight to her closet but soon her mood turn extra sour as she examined each and every piece of cloth and made faces.

Mannat was already prepared for what was coming next, as she roll her eyes at Jannat's frustrated face and irritated voice when it reach her.

"What is this 19's? Who wears plain suits? What the hell is this maxi dress? Is this frock for you or The Great Khali? Who the hell is your tailor? Mujhe number do uska... who will say you are a fashion designing major... Khandan Ka naam aur kaam dono dhobayegi humari manna Bibi... We are getting you a new wardrobe... I mean I love your comfy dress choice but hey sis... You need a little touch of fashion,"

"Thanks for the sugar-coated insult and no thanks I am happy with my baggy shirts, yoga pants, the great Khali frocks, and suits you can go back to your room now. And nope, I am not giving you that number,"

Jannat turned toward her with her icy glare that works perfectly well on her husband but not on her sister who just looked uninterested.

"Don't look at me like that, I am immune to that since the womb era,"

"You promised last night that you will come shopping with us,"

"Yeah because you are not letting me sleep and keep shaking my shoulder so I had to lie to shoo you away,"

Jannat's jaw dropped at the blunt statement as she picked a pillow from the nearby couch and throw it at Mannat who easily dodge it.

"Haw!!! You are so mean, Manna,"

"Thanks but you are my twin, so you already know where did I get it all... Now get out, I am busy at the moment,"

"Doing what? Galib aur Meer ki nakaam mohabbat ki dastan padhte padhte?"
