I was coming back to Seoul today, yesterday was a bit of a mess. It was when the whole thing with the exposed photo (that wasnt even us) was released and the awkward phone that jungkook , yoona and david overheard.
once we touched down in incheon airport , yoona said that photographers had come even without permission. I had extended my 'break from the spotlight' so they were not technicallly meant to be here
as soon as the doors opened, the security teams formed a circle around me. i kept my head held low. i didnt want anyone to see anything on my face or any reaction i could have.
it only took us a few steps before reporters pushed in closer to us, and closer. to the point where i was holding onto the arms of security guards cause i didnt want to trip
a few were shouting at me and eventually i snapped at a question
"CAN YOU CONFIRM THAT THE PHOTOS EXPOSED YESTERDAY WERE YOU AND YOUR BOYFRIEND?!"
i stopped dead in my tracks and looked up at the reporter before getting closer to his microphone.
i lowered my mask and sighed before saying "everyone knows i dont drink".
i looked at him up and down before continuing the treck to the car.
it humbled him, it acctually humbled him.
by the time i got back to the office, it was the only thing you could find on twitter, tiktok or instagram. it had gone viral and the edits were rolling through like no tommorow.
Isaac and i still havent spoken since yesterday and i wont be the first to call him .
i walked into the practise room and saw yoongi practising for his upcoming tour.
we spoke a bit as he was taking his break and when the cameramen saw, they filmed us
yoongi: when are you leaving for New York?
me: uhh...22nd, i think afternoon or night. so im here for a few days ,just to get new clothes and deal with some work stuff
yoongi: are you coming to the show?
me: the new york one? are you joking me? of course i am -
yoongi: what else are you doing there?
me: i have the tiffany opening event and then i have a few fittings and the met ball.
yoongi: oh yeah -
me: a few of my friends are going so i will probably just hang out with them
