7) Essence of Reality

12 1 1

The Earth, is forever young, though grows old,

Going through cycles both warm and cold.

Things will live and die, you see?

Beware: life isn't easy.

Survival is the key,

And freedom, the fee.

Will you succeed or will you succumb?

What will the trials you face become?

They may test your composure,

Permit no exposure,

Leave you no closure.

As time passes and dangers hide

Caution starts to leave your side.

Your mind will indeed stray

With each passing day.

Pray: your instincts won’t waver.

The weak win no favor.

Nature respects strength.

Think in terms: you or me.

That’s how it must be.

Earth is a cruel place.

I told you before

Life is not just a right

Because in order to live

You better be willing to fight
