Part 5 Chapter 9 Gray Jedi

Start from the beginning

Because those trained were gray jedi, the Jedi became an integral part of the Myto government, being a special force under the control of the Myto Empire, unlike the Jedi in the old Republic, which were a separate force from the government. Therefore, the selected code are:

There is no Light without the Dark

Through Passion I gain Focus

Through Knowledge I gain Power

Through Serenity I gain Strength

Through Victory I gain Harmony

There is only the Force

Because Jedi training includes knowledge of the dark side, steps are taken through education that uses the Yin-Yang principle to prevent Jedi from falling into the dark side. By letting go of the personification between dark and light and assuming the force is only a power that can be dark or light like the power of Yin or Yang, it is hoped that students will not be trapped in the dark side. The separation of personifications also causes whispers of power persuasion from both dark and light to be ignored, because they are considered as 'inner demons' who will shackle themselves by limiting power to one side only. Training to deal with 'inner demons' is one of the main trainings and the earliest training at the Jedi Praxeum. Every Jedi who does not pass faces his 'inner demon', then the student is not allowed to take further education and will be monitored for life to prevent the emergence of a Sith lord. Due to the possibility of educational failure and the need to supervise failing students, the number of Gray Jedi will be limited to a maximum of 5,000 people, with the expectation that the number of failing students will not exceed 1,000. However, there are currently no students who have failed.

The jedi masters gathered to close something very important. To date, there have been no missions outside of the training missions given to the Jedi. In fact, to gain experience and look for weaknesses in the Jedi system adopted, it is necessary to gain real-world experience in the field. Therefore, the Jedi Masters and Magic Masters gathered to discuss it.

"As we know, we need authorization to carry out real life missions to gain experience and knowledge about the advantages and disadvantages of our gray Jedi program." said Master Ortalla, leader of the Jedi Praxeum. "Could the Jedi Council leader raise this need to Moff Trevat?"

"I totally agree with that. It is time for us to start participating in the development of our country. I heard that our diplomatic mission to Palpadia is deadlocked. Maybe we can participate there." said a member of the Jedi council.

The leader of the Jedi Council, Master Kahat, nodded in agreement and said, "Good idea, the mission is quite easy because I also heard there is already support from the military, so we are only supporters. But since this is our first real life mission, it should be ideal."

"We have 30 deployable Jedi Knights. It's possible that for this mission we send about 4 people only." Master Ortalla said. "We sent Jedi Knights, who also have sufficient magic ability. Maybe one of the mage masters can be included in this mission."

Again, all the council members nodded in agreement. In the end, it was decided to send 5 people: 4 Jedi knights and 1 mage master. Master Kahat immediately headed to the communications room to contact Moff Trevat on the request. In the end, Moff Trevat agreed to the request, and the Gray Jedi team prepared to leave for Elysia. There they will head to the Jedi Academy in Malang before finally heading to the capital Palpadia to join the Myto diplomatic team there.
