Her warning

From Switzerland to the Philippines, the first person I go to once I step foot on the ground is my dearest cousin Louise. Not minding my jet lag, I sophisticatedly walk on the lobby floor, where everyone there gazes at me.

"Is my cousin here?"

Tinanggal ko na din ang salamin ko para mamukhaan nila ako at mabilis pa sa alas kwatro na pinayagan nila akong makapasok.

Staying in Switzerland somehow helped me relax and unwind pretty well. I spent an extra week there because I really couldn't accept the fact that I was going home, and right now I'm home and I'm kind of sad.

I'm just here because I have good news for my cousin. I saw someone; she must have been missing a lot for the past two years.

She's really a workaholic and an alcoholic at the same time. If Beatrice finds out that her loving muse is living rebelliously, I'm sure she'll punish this cold cousin of mine.

I saw how she lost herself when her forbidden love walked out of her life.

Nung una akala ko experimentation lang nila ang isat isa but it turned out na nahulog na pala talaga sila at hindi talaga mag pinsan ang turingan nila.

Buti nalang talaga lumabas ang totoo na hindi nga talaga namin pinsan si Bea dahil kung totoong Spencer sya, that would be gross, right?

"Hey, cous!"

I walked into her office wearing my black sunglasses and Chanel dress.

"What are you doing here?"

Napahawak naman ako sa dibdib ko at tinanggal ang salamin na parang nasaktan sa tanong nya.

"Grabe, wala manlang welcome back Bella!"

"I'm not your sister, so don't pester me. I have so much on my plate right now and entertaining you isn't on the list."

"Oh man, you're so cold!"- nakasimangot na sabi ko at maarteng umupo sa couch. "Parang ayaw ko na tuloy ipakita sayo yung pasalubong ko."

"Just give it to someone else."

Napangisi naman ako at pinatong sa likod ng kamay ko ang chin ko.

"Talaga? Hindi ka interesado malaman kung ano?"

She arched her eyebrow and fixed her eyeglasses as she stared intently at me. I have this mischievous grin on my face, and I know I'm making her nervous.

"Alright, I'm leaving."- I said with a smirk on my face.

"Wait.."

Napasandal ito sa swivel chair nya at napapikit. Ang galing ko talaga mang gulo ng isip.

"Do you have some liquor?"

Nawala ang nakapaskil kong ngiti. Hindi yata iyon ang inaasahan kong marinig mula sa kanya pero kalaunan ay napatawa nalang ako.

"Wala. Pero balak kong magpunta sa club mamaya. Gusto mo ba sumama?"

"I will call you once I clear my schedule."

"Bilis kausap pero okay! See you later!"

Pagkalabas ko ng office nya ay tinawagan ko ang maganda kong ate. Magpapasundo ako dahil inaantok na ako, gusto ko na magpahinga.

Niyaya ko lang talaga si ate Louise dahil may surprise ako sa kanya na alam ko naman na magugustuhan nya pagkatapos ng araw na ito.
