"Because my idiot brother believed she would end him, isn't that right?" Offenderman looked at Slenderman. "There's a prophecy that stated the last L/N descendant would kill the most powerful immortal. This idiot here believed she was going to betray him and kill him. He wanted to make sure he could kill her before that happened. Now Zalgo is capable of controlling her and can force her to kill him while giving her immortality."
Slenderman kept silent as he took a few steps away from the group. "We'll save her soon. For now, we need to treat your injuries. I'll try to heal them once I healed mine. I do admit that the under realm wounds hurt to heal."
He teleported to his office before pushing his table away. He sat on his knees as he felt he lost control of everything. He knew dark days were coming.
(~Two days later~)
The pastas, including Slenderman, waited for Zalgo to appear in the throne room. It had taken them two days for their wounds to completely heal and now they were willing to do anything to bring Y/N back.
Zalgo teleported to his throne with a satisfied smirk. "Have you returned for a second round? I thought you would already have enough."
"We came for Y/N," Slenderman announced.
"That's rich coming from you," Zalgo chuckled as he leaned back. "But unfortunately you're too late. I already killed her."
The pastas panicked as they looked at each other. Surely he didn't, right?
"Stop lying, Zalgo. I know you're not capable of killing her."
Zalgo crossed his arms in front of his chest. "You didn't feel her anymore when I was slowly killing her in front of you the other day, am I right? You can send the others to search for her in the castle while I remain here just to prove I'm not lying."
Slenderman looked at the pastas as a way to tell them to proceed. They all left the throne room, scattering around the castle in an attempt to find her.
"I know you wouldn't kill her. You want to use her to kill me. You want to change destiny and become more powerful than you already are."
"I don't know why you can't accept the fact that I killed her. Didn't I try to do that the day before the battle? Unfortunately for me, Puppeteer and Painter both saved her." He looked at the glass-stained windows, thinking about how he would change them soon. "But keeping Y/N alive could have given me power and heirs, but what's the point of that if Y/N could kill me." He moved his gaze back to Slenderman who remained silent. "I still don't understand why you have an issue with me killing her. Isn't that what you wanted?"
He shook his head. "No, that's not what I wanted. I realize now how important she is to me."
Zalgo's laugh echoed throughout the throne room. "That was a good one, I'll give you that." He leaned his face closer. "But you can't fool me. You only want her back because you're afraid the others will turn their backs on you just as you were afraid Y/N was going to follow in Zen's footsteps. You already lost your first two powerful proxies, it would be a shame if the others get killed too."
"Is that a threat?"
Zalgo smirked as the pastas returned to the room empty-handed. "It's a promise if you ever step foot into the castle again, Slenderman." He looked at the pastas making sure they were all there. "I'm feeling generous today, how about instead of walking outside, I just teleport you guys back to your mansion?" He stretched his hand out to them, using his power to summon them to the living room.
Splendor stood up as soon as they appeared, "Where's Y/N?" Trender, Offender, and Sally stood up, waiting for their response.
"Zalgo said he killed her," His brothers and the pastas all protested at the same time, causing a headache. Slenderman held onto his head. "As much as I wish it wasn't true, it would make sense. He tried to kill her the day before the battle plus the pastas didn't find her in the castle."
