The concept is that within the forest that the creepypastas subside in. There is a middleman that works as the negotiator between the killers/demons and beasts/monsters. The middleman must be a highly trained and intelligent human chosen by the highest-ranking demons and monsters in the forest. The middlemen get trained and equipped for their duties. Living in a log cabin in the heart of the forest. Their job is remarkably hazardous and perverse and almost surely life-threatening. So recruits seemed to come and go like nothing(especially in recent times). You were the unlucky soul that got forced with the role of the middleman. Kidnapped from you home and dazed, the only thing you could hear was the soft murmuring of what you would only assume were strangers. Not remembering anything but your name and how you got there, you were greeted by some men who told you that they would teach you everything you need to know about being a middleman. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The story will include adult language and themes, gore and blood among some other triggers, so if you aren't into that type of stuff, please do not read. The reader has female pronouns. The main Creepypastas that the story will be centred on are Ben drowned, Masky, Ticci Toby and Eyeless Jack.

I never meant to turn this into a story. At first, it was just little things-being watched without ever seeing anyone, knowing someone understood me too well, feeling protected and threatened at the same time. I told myself it was paranoia. I told myself I was imagining it. That's easier than admitting someone was paying attention long before I noticed them. This isn't romance. It's fixation. They don't love the way people are supposed to. They observe, collect, and claim. Every habit, every weakness, every quiet moment you think belongs only to you becomes something they hold onto. You are not chased. You are kept-wrapped in a devotion that feels comforting until you realize you were never given a choice. I'm writing this down because pretending it didn't happen feels worse than admitting it did. Maybe turning it into fiction makes it safer. Maybe it doesn't. All I know is that once they decide you belong to them, distance stops meaning anything. Read this like a warning. Or like evidence. Because some things don't stay stories forever.
