Chapter 35

Pooja and Anoop were discussing about Aniket's health.

"Dekho toh Pooja kaisi ajeeb bimari hui hai Aniket ko, sab kuch yaad hai usay lekin jis ladki se usne hamari marzi ke khilaf shadi ki usi ko bhulaye baitha hai kambakht" Anoop said worrying about him.

"Mujhe toh Nitya ki chinta ho rahi hai, jis pati se itna pyar karti hai wahi usay bhulaye baitha hai" she said worriedly.

"Matlab ab tumhein koi narazgi nahin hai Nitya se"

"Arey main kyun naraz rehne lagi bhala usse, kitna pyar karti hai vo Aniket se,baithe bithaye mujhe itni achhi bahu mil gai, Duggu ki tarah kam se kam mehnat toh nahi karni padi" she said smiling.

"Matlab tum sab kuch bhool gai?" Anoop asked.

"Haan baba sab bhool gai main toh, mujhe toh uspe taras aa raha hai, kaise rahegi Aniket ki is haalat ke saath isliye toh ye hawan rakhwaya hai uske loye" she said

Nitya had heard this and she came inside "Aap meri chinta mat keejiye maa, naa hi Aniket ki, Aniket apna wada nibha rahe hain, jo unhone aapse kiya tha" she said.

"Kaisa wada ?"

"Mujhse door rehne ka ". Nitya said and it reminded Pooja of the promise she had taken from Aniket.

"Par main nahi chahti ki ab Aniket aur us waade ko nibhaye, usay jald se jald sab yaad aa jaye, main toh yahi prarthana karti hoon" said Pooja, Nitya smiled and hugged her.

"Nitya beta tum na uske nazron ke saamne raha karo, ho sakta hai usay sab yaad aa jaye, dekho jab vo hamein bulaye toh tum chali jaya karo uski madat karne" Pooja said with a smile.

Later the Pandit arrived and the family members sat for the hawan.

"Dekhiye yajmaan aap sabhi log jode mein baithiyega, tabhi ye hawan safal hoga"

"Par meri aur Dada ki toh shaadi hui nahi hai hum kaise jode mein baithenge?" asked Aniket

Nandini said "Ani tu yahan aakar baith hamare saath" and Aniket sat next to Karan and Nandini. Aarav sat beside Aniket and Nitya, Manvi sat behind Pooja and Anoop.

The pandit requested them to join hands and pray. Aarav opened his eyes and looked behind, he pulled Manvi's saree. Manvi opened his eyes and looked at him and signaled her to call Nitya. Manvi nudged at Nitya and she opened her eyes. Nitya raised her eyebrows to ask what it was. Aarav indicated her to sit beside Aniket so they could exchange their positions.

Nitya agreed and they quietly exchanged their positions.

"Dada aap chaho toh Manvi ji ke paas jaakar baith sakte ho" Aniket said, he hadn't opened his eyes.

"Aapke Dada wahin baithe hain" Nitya said and he immediately opened his eyes.

"Aap yahan kyun baithe hain?" Aniket said loudly.

"Ani chup pooja chal rahi hai" Nandini said.

"Aap yahan kya kar rahin hain Chandralekha ji?" asked Aniket softly.

"Arey wah, itni der se aap keh rahe thay Dada aapko baithna hai aap baith sakte ho, agar main nahi baithti yahan toh vo kaise jaate wahan?" she asked.

Aniket was annoyed but he didn't say anything. The pandit called everyone for hawan in pairs, first it was Anoop and Pooja and then it was Nandini and Karan.

Aarav raised his eyebrows asking what was to be done. Pooja assured him and then Nandini took the hawan plate and said "Ek kaam karo tum chaaron ikattha aahuti dedo haina"

Both Manvi and Nitya smiled as they got the chance to perform this ritual with their respective husbands

Manvi was cooking the prasad, Nitya was also there helping her with it. She noticed that Aarav's eyes were all on Manvi. She smiled and slowly moved out of the kitchen. Aarav slowly walked inside the kitchen.
