I looked away from his gaze. "But the oracle that announced the prophecy said-"

"She told me I wasn't a god to change what is destined to happen. So I said good thing I'm the most powerful immortal before killing her."

"The hell did you do!" I screamed. I was afraid that meant the prophecy wouldn't come true.

"I killed an ancient being like your ancestor Silas did. I will be changing our fate and now we both won't die together." He chuckled. "Now if I were you, I would go out and enjoy the few hours left before you're too weak to get out of bed."

I grounded my teeth as I felt a burning feeling in my chest. "Fuck you!" I glared at him before walking away.

"You know that reminds me how I'm looking forward to our wedding ceremony! It's tradition for couples to-"

"SHUT UP!!!" I snapped at him before continuing to walk away.

"I'll see you later my little Persephone~"

I ignored his last comment as my mind replayed what he confessed to me about the spell. Now more than ever I'm afraid of what will happen in the future. I had to figure out a way to protect the pastas before I'm turned.

Although there wasn't much I could do, I knew who I could rely on here.

(~~~)

I softly knocked on Dark's door as I patiently waited for him to open it. I was about to leave when he finally opened it.

"Y/N? How are you feeling? You worried me last-"

As soon as I turned around to look at him he stopped talking.

"What happened?"

"It's a long story, can I come in?

He nodded as he opened the door wider for me to go in. I immediately noticed his room was painted black like mine but had no furniture besides his blue sheeted bed.

I sat at the edge of it as I thought about how I could start the conversation. He sat in front of me as he patiently waited for me to speak.

"I'm going to skip to the point. Zalgo cursed me and I'm bound to turn evil tomorrow. I wouldn't be myself and Zalgo would make me kill the pastas."

He was quiet as if he didn't know what to say, so I took that as a sign to continue.

"Zalgo confessed Slenderman could teleport here, but he doesn't know because there's a limited time to do it. I wish I could figure out a way for me to alert them of this danger unless..."

I stopped talking as I realized the only solution for this would be my death. However, that small spark of hope died once I remembered Zalgo could easily revive me.

"Unless what?"

I shook my head. "I was going to suggest you kill me right now but I remembered Zalgo is capable of reviving me."

"Then let's kill that son of a bitch."

"It's not that simple. We have to figure out a way to keep his seventh mouth shut or else he will cause the end of the world plus we don't have our weapons. He also threatened me a while ago saying his army would attack the pastas. We will be stuck here until we die."

His eyes brighten up. "Zalgo told me I have a mission tomorrow in the early afternoon. I could teleport to Ben if there's a T.V or monitor nearby and give him the message!"

My headache came back but that didn't stop me from smiling. "If I'm able to distract Zalgo, I could buy you some time. The key for this to succeed is us not thinking about it while we're with Zalgo"

"Speak for yourself, you'll be there throughout the whole time."

"I know." I nodded my head. "But Zalgo said the spell influences my mind. If I focus on that and convince myself Zalgo is the one for me, I'm sure he wouldn't think much about it. " I looked at Dark and smiled at him. "If Slenderman knows how to stop the spell and we somehow kill Zalgo, we could both go back to the mansion, I mean if you would like to you're more than welcomed to."

"That means I have to see the midget's face every day." He groaned before looking at me seriously. "But that also means I get to kick his ass every day. Fuck yeah, I'm joining you!"

A grin formed on my face before I remembered about Zen. If I do escape, he would be stuck here with the souls forever. I have yet to find a solution to help him escape. It's the least I could do considering he had sacrificed so much.

"What if the spell can't be reversed?"

"Zalgo claims it can't but I refuse to accept that. If worst comes to worst, I need you to kill me and somehow destroy or hide my body from Zalgo. I can't let him collect my soul or revive me." I shivered at the thought of Zalgo torturing my soul.

"I can't do that I-"

"You have to." I interrupted him. "I wouldn't forgive myself if I hurt you or the others and I don't want Zalgo to revive me. If the spell can't be broken, you or the pastas have to end me."

He slowly looked at the ground as he remained silent. "I don't think your friends will approve if they care so much about you."

"You have to," I repeated. "There's no other choice." He sadly looked at me before turning his gaze away. "I want to thank you for making these past two days tolerable and for helping me with the plan."

He faked his smile. "It's the least I can do, Y/N. Plus, I can say the same thing for you. You've only known me for two days yet you're already offering me a place to stay if we escape from this." He sighed before looking at me, squeezing my forearm. "Your plan will work and we'll escape." He assured me.

I hope it does while Zalgo's plan fails.

Zalgo later announced we would have dinner in his throne room. By that time, I felt weaker than ever. I was glad my body was still fighting it. We silently ate as I had trouble lifting a utensil. For a few seconds, every noise was muffled until Zalgo spoke.

"I'm looking forward to tomorrow," Zalgo randomly announced as he took a sip of his wine. "I would make a toast for it, but it appears she doesn't want to, at least not yet."

That stupid bastard was teasing me. I stood up and slammed both my hands onto the table with anger. "You-".

My world spun which caused me to lose balance. Zalgo quickly grabbed me in time before he lifted me in his arms. I tried pulling him away but I was too weak.

"Oh dear, it appears someone isn't feeling herself tonight. Let's hope you feel better tomorrow." He smirked. "Dark Link, you can finish eating. I'll be in Y/N's room to watch over her."

Zalgo teleported us both to our room before Dark could reply. He gently placed me on the bed before covering me with the bed sheets.

"I hope you're comfortable seeing as you'll probably stay in bed for most of the day."

"You won't get away with it." I weakly said. "You won't win."

He grinned as he leaned closer to my ear.

"It appears I already have."
