There was a tap on the door before Joy, and Dr. Shins came into the room.
"Since everything is going good, we are only going to keep you for a couple of days. Now, as for all of you, I hate to say this, but visiting hours are over. You are welcome to come back tomorrow," Dr. Shins said with a smile as everyone became a bit saddened that they had to leave.
After everyone had left, Takeda and Ukai prepared themselves for their first night as parents with the hopes that maybe the twins would allow them to sleep.

Takeda couldn't sleep a wink that night even though Tori and Torio were in the hospital room with him and Ukai, safe and soundly asleep in the little hospital bassinets beside his bed. However, every time he'd close his eyes, even for a brief moment, one or both of the Twins would begin to cry. He was starting to think that maybe babies had some sort of superhuman power of knowing when their parents were asleep. A nurse came in quietly to take Takeda's vitals and realized that he hadn't been asleep during his entire shift.
"Would you like me to take them to the nursery for a couple of hours so you can get some sleep?" He asked and watched as Takeda's face twisted into a fearful expression as he shook his head, not liking the idea of being away from the twins at all. The nurse gave him a soft smile and nodded. "That's okay; I understand," he said and began to wrap a blood pressure cuff around Takeda's arm.
Takeda stared over at the bassinets hoping that the sounds coming from the cuff wouldn't wake them up. After the nurse left, Takeda laid there in the silence of the room for a few minutes until his eyes finally forced themselves closed, and his body gave in to his fatigue, allowing him to finally fall asleep.
