I looked down to look at my outfit. Surprisingly, it felt more comfortable than the proxy uniform I used to wear.

Zalgo stood behind me before he placed his chin on my shoulder.

"You look beautiful, my love." He whispered before he nuzzled his nose into my neck. Instantly, I pushed him away as I glared at him.

"Don't fucking touch me! Now answer my damn question!" I stomped as I let fury take over. "How long was I fucking out?"

He chuckled as a few minions came into the throne room with a table and two chairs. Another one had a bottle of wine with two glasses. They carefully set the table and chairs to the side of the throne with the bottle and glasses on the table. They bowed before quietly departing the room.

Zalgo made his way to his seat, pouring wine into his cup. "Little one, there's no need for you to know. It's not like you'll be able to leave anyways."

I let out a heavy sigh before walking to the table with rage. Without caring, I threw the table to the side causing the bottle and glass to shatter once they hit the ground.

Zalgo, who had his glass in front of his mouth, was amused at what I had done.

"A week."

"What?"

He took a sip of his wine before he repeated himself. "A week. You were out for a week. That explains why you were so weak when you woke up."

I stared at the stained windows in horror.

"The others did they-"

"They didn't attempt to rescue you before the pillars were destroyed, but they're safe in the mansion. Although, there was one who did try to save you."

I felt a lump on my throat as I thought of who could have been the one.

"Unfortunately, he didn't make it alive out of this room. Do you know who I'm talking about?"

Offender and Zen were the two that popped into my mind. Offender could have been stopped by his brothers but...

"Zen?" I whispered. No, he couldn't have.

"He arrived an hour after the battle. I'm surprised the others didn't come before you broke the pillars."

I grunted my teeth as I screamed at him, "I fucking told you not to hurt him!"

"You told me not to hurt the others, you never specified Zen. Even if you did, if I recall correctly, you tried to escape. I think we're both even."

"No!" I shook my head. "You're lying! He can't be dead!"

He smirked before he raised his hands as golden dust flew out throughout the room. Everything had turned back to its original color. The golden walls and floor were formed along with the red carpet that led to the throne. The stained windows were red again but most importantly, two figures were formed. A version of Zalgo was on the throne while Zen was standing on the carpet.

I gulped as I felt a pain sensation in my chest. I hadn't realized how much I missed him until now.

"Bring her back, you don't have any kind of possession over her!" Zen yelled out with fury.

I tried to reach out to him, but my hand went through his arm like a hologram.

"But I do Zen. I've been searching for the last descendant of the clan and I finally found her!"

"I took her in!"

Zalgo rose from his seat as he chuckled. "And you don't feel remorse? Because of you, she was introduced to the world of violence. Maybe I wouldn't have located her and Slenderman wouldn't have treated her miserable for years if you didn't bring her in."

It pained me knowing that Zalgo was right. If I hadn't been brought to the mansion, I could have possibly lived a normal life. I wouldn't have met Zalgo, Slenderman, or the creepypastas.

Zen looked guilty as he avoided Zalgo's gaze. "I may have brought her in, but I'll be the one to take her out!"

Zen sprinted towards Zalgo to attack him. Zalgo moved to the side as he avoided his attacks. They both went on for a few minutes until it was clear Zen was tired. His movements were slowing down. I could only fear the worst.

"Alright stop it!" I yelled at the real Zalgo who was standing a few feet away. He only smirked as he watched the scene unfold in front of him.

"The best part has yet to arrive, my petal."

The holographic version of Zalgo took notice that Zen's movements had slowed down. He summoned a silver sword and stabbed him in the abdomen.

I looked away from the scene and glared at Zalgo, "I don't believe it! Zen isn't dead!"

"Whatever helps you sleep at night. Just don't be surprised when you don't hear from Zen." The real Zalgo walked to my side as he kept his gaze at the scene.

Zalgo, who just stabbed Zen, threw him onto the floor, a couple of feet away from him. I slowly walked toward Zen as it pained me to see him hurt.

"You never stood a chance Zen."  The holographic version of  Zalgo chuckled as he slowly walked toward him. "I don't understand why you would risk your life for hers."

"You'll never understand how much she means to me." Zen started coughing furiously.

"And you don't understand how much she means to me," Zalgo grinned, leaning close to him.

"She'll kill you sooner or later." He spat out blood. "I wasn't able to, but she will. Mark my words."

"I doubt it." Zalgo leaned back as he summoned a bigger sword behind him. "She'll eventually grow to love me, I've seen it. But don't worry, she's in better hands. Way better than when she was with Slenderman. You could have been here with us if only you accepted my deal."

"F-fuck you!"

Zalgo raised his eyebrow.  "Such a shame you won't be present for our ceremony. Instead, you'll be in eternal pain as you watch Y/N from a distance."

"You motherfuck-"

Zalgo then stabbed him in the heart as he pointed his other palm at him. The red carpet was now stained with Zen's blood. His soul came out of his body and was brought up in Zalgo's palms.

"Don't worry, this will only last forever." Zalgo threw Zen's soul out of the window which caused it to break. All the shattered pieces were laid on the cold hard floor.

"I should replace the red carpet and change our windows. Black and silver did look good in the future, don't you agree Y/N?"

I stood there speechless as the scene began to fade. The room had returned to its dull colors. Falling onto my knees, I bit my bottom lip to prevent my sobs from coming out.

"I don't believe he's dead," I whispered. "He must have escaped! You're just trying to trick me!"

"Do you think he's capable of leaving you alone in the under ream? You and I both know he would go to extreme measures for you!"

"He's not dead!" I repeated, trying to convince myself he was alive.

Zalgo placed a hand on my shoulder before bending down. "The first stage of grief is denial. It's only natural you don't believe me. But you'll eventually accept it and move on." He tried tucking a hair strand behind my ear, but I pushed him away.

"Why me! You could have anyone else! Anyone with powers! Why am I so important to you!"

Zalgo sympathetically looked at me before getting up and offering me his hand.

I ignored him as I got up by myself.

"Here's the difference between Slenderman and me. I will tell you the truth and value you, unlike Slenderman." He wanted to caress my cheek, but I moved my head away.

He stood there in silence for a couple of seconds before walking away.

"Come Y/N. It's time you learn more about the L/N clan."
