I walked into the school building exhausted when I let out a gigantic groan. School yay!

I unwillingly dragged myself to my locker as my head was aching with pain. I knew I shouldn't have drank, I wasn't one who could necessarily handle their alcohol as you would say.

Some things were slowly coming into my head of last nights date with Seth, I mean I remembered things here and there. One thing seemed to be bothering me though. I kept getting this image of Seth leaving my house with disappointment, did I let something slip I shouldn't have?

Everything flew to the very back of my head when I heard a locker slam shut next to mine. I jumped mid way in the air as they mumbled, "Sorry", and walked pass me without so much as another look.

My shoulders fell as I put in my combination and popped open the locker. I grunted when I realized I had to go to my first hour. I missed way too many classes, with all the wandering I've been doing, to not go.

On the brighter side, we had Carter in our class now and he was sure to bring a few laughs to the class. Seeing as he wasn't as mean and unbearable as his good friend Anderson. Of course other girls would beg to differ.

"Hey", a perky voice exclaimed into my ear. I jerked around while my heart beat stopped for a short second.

"You hurt my head and scared me", I complained while letting my hand fall onto my head. I exaggerated a huge gush of air that left my body.

She giggled lightly and said with big eyes, "What'd you do last night?"

I smiled brightly and replied coyly, "Went on a date.... with Seth,.."

She gasped while gripping my arm and turned to me with even bigger eyes than before, "Seth Wright?!"

I nodded my head sheepishly as she stared at me in shock. I mean I did tell her, or she assumed, there was something between Seth and I right? So wasn't it only normal for us to go on a date.

"Erika, you should blink before I slap you" I said jokingly even though if it came down to it I probably would. Just a day or so of knowing her and we were already becoming great friends.

She let a small giggle leave her lips as she apologized, "Sorry...", she gave me a cheek filling smile and said with a wink, "but bitch you better give me all the details."

I laughed at her comment while linking my arm through her's, "Erika Sluttywhore Belson, we just might be best friends."

Although my headache was giving me excruciating pain I tried to push it to the back of my mind. Which seemed nearly impossible, but not completely.

She smiled brightly while nudging me slightly. She eyed Seth as he walked by with James and a few other friends, "There goes lover boy."

I felt my cheeks warm up and could feel the redness pouring from them.

As they walked Seth and James walked by I noticed James caught my eye as he yelled over the crowd of people, "Hey beautiful, there's a party on Friday... feel free to come."

He gave me a wink while chuckling at Seth's expression, even I had to admit his face was priceless.

And just as I thought my day was getting better I heard that arrogant voice, "Miss me, princess?"

I snapped my head around to see him leaning against the lockers as usual. I gave him a deadly glare, and just as I was about to reply when I was cut off.

"And hello to you too, Erika."

I felt the tension as his eyes soured over Erika. I saw the lust in his eyes, not just that, but something else I couldn't put my fingers on.
