Thomas sat in his sighing spot staring out the window, looking at the place he had died

' are you alright darling? ' you asked hugging him from behind

I'm sorry, I love that pet name, darling, it just makes me happy to hear the word

He turned to you slightly, looking upset ' tomorrow is my death day, the day my cousin betrayed me ' he said sadly

' oh I'm so sorry Thomas ' you said kissing the top of his head

' it's ok '

' oh what are you moping about now thomas? ' fanny said strictly, not liking to PDA

' tomorrow is my death day ' he said glaring at her

' ...oh ... well... I'm sorry about that... but stop with the public display of affection ' she said in disgust

' I- ' you had no words, he just said that it was his DEATH DAY tomorrow, that was a big deal, in your eyes

' fine. I'll just leave the room then! ' Thomas said being dramatic

Thomas then stormed out the room

You growled slightly, angry, you hated it when he was upset

' why'd you have to say that?! He's obviously upset about his death day! ' you said angrily

' yes well we all have death days and we don't make a big deal out of it! ' fanny said

' pat does! I don't blame him by the way, you all feel bad for pat! Why is it any different for Thomas?! ' you cried

' because Thomas makes it a big deal! ' captain said coming into the room

' sO?! He has every right to! ' you said exasperated

' yes but must he sit by the window sighing all day?! ' captain said

' ... I don't know what you want me to say Captain, he is a dramatic person, we all know this so let him do what he wants? ' you said trying to reason with him

Pat then came in and whispered something in captains ear making captain clear his throat ' right. Ok... pat needs me to help him with ... something ' he said then marched out

' they're definitely together ' you murmured

' whAt ' fanny asked

' nothing! I'm going to find Thomas '

You then left the room

Eventually you found Thomas is his room ' may I come in? ' you asked

He looked up and nodded with a smile

' please do '

' I'm sorry they're like that darling, they're just bitter '

' it's ok, it's not your fault '

' ... I love you Thomas '

' I love you too y/n '

The two of you somehow ended up lying on his bed cuddled up together

' you know, I think captain and pat are together ' you said quietly

Thomas chuckled and said ' I think so too... what makes you say that '

' well captain was talking... arguing, with me and then suddenly pat came in, whispered something in captains ear and then the two left in a hurry, captain also did his little gay cough, clearing his throat or whatever you wanna call it '

' yes, the two are close, perhaps you're right '

' I'm always right ' you chuckled

' yes, yes you are ' He laughed

He kissed the top of your head and then sighed happily and said ' I'm so lucky to have a [ insert name for a lover because idk what he'd call you ] like you '

' I think you'll find im the lucky one ' you said

He laughed and said ' I love you so much '

' I love you too '
