Steve Rogers- Steve definitely has his moments of hogging the blanket but you also have your moments but if anyone were to count and keep track of who hogged it more it would 100% be Steve hands down. He likes being warm when he sleeps so the blanket usually is piled on him.
James "Bucky" Barnes- He doesn't really sleep with that many blankets leaving you to usually hog them but he doesn't mind at all. It also kind of gives him peace of mind knowing your comfortable and safe if he wakes up from a nightmare.
