Chapter 57

Davina

I woke up too my head pounding, and the sun peaking through the curtains. I roll my eyes, I sit up too notice I was in Blaise's room. I look too see on the nightstand a pill, water and note. " Sweetheart, take this. Breakfast will be ready soon, we have too eat as a family my mother and your mothers orders. - Love Blaise " I set the note back down where I got it and grabbed the pill after doing that I grabbed the water and swallowed the pill. I noticed I was Blaise's shirt. My head still pounded, I gently rubbed my forehead too try and ease my headache. It didn't work obviously, I roll my eyes and groaned. I stepped out of bed, and walked over too his closet I grabbed some shorts, that we huge on me but it'll have too do because I'm not going too my room then downstairs. That's when I see sunglasses, I smile. I grab them, and put them on.

After I put the glasses and shorts on, I go too the restroom and put my hair into a messy bun like always. After doing that, I begin too walk out of the restroom and head my way towards the door. Doing that, I open the door and make my wait too the staircase. After I make my way there I walk downstairs too hear chatter. I hear my mother's voice " someone go wake up Davina " she says, I finally make my way towards the end of the staircase " don't bother " I say, as I reach the floor. Everyone turns there attention too me, that's when I see too my surprise Alejandro sitting down. " Davina, we're inside why are you wearing sunglasses? " Alejandro asks, as he chuckles and gets up slowly.

Ella goes too help him, he finally gets up. I chuckle at the sight of him struggling " because the sun is too bright " I say, I hear Alejandro chuckle. He finally makes his way towards me with Ella's help of course. He opens his arms, I do the same we hug. The smell of his cologne fills my nostrils. " Who are you trying too impress? " I ask, as we both let go of each other's grip. He looks at me with confusion, I laugh. " The cologne smart one " I say, as I roll my eyes " Ella " he says, as he looks at Ella, she smiles Alejandro does as well. Alejandro pulls Ella in for a kiss, Ella doesn't hesitate too kiss back. " Get a fucking room " Blaise and I say, I turn my attention too see Blaise coming out of the hallway, he was wearing a black suit.

" Are those my sunglasses? " He asks, as he approaches me " yes " I say bluntly " always taking my shit " Blaise says, as he rolls his eyes " I'm guessing no more trouble in paradise? " Alejandro questions, Blaise looks at me. " Anyways, Susie breakfast smells amazing " I say, as I smile trying too avoid the conversation with Alejandro. Susie giggles so does my mother and Alexandra. " Where'd you go last night Davina? " My father questioned, Alejandro's attention turned too me " too go get high, and drunk " I say, as I smile and walk towards the table. I smoke weed, I don't do drugs never will I ever stoop that low. " Davina! " My mother yelled " yeah yeah " I say, as I grab a piece of bacon " high? " Blaise question, I turned my attention too him too see him drinking a cup of coffee, I took off my sunglasses and put them in my pocket of the shorts. " Yes " I say, as I finish the bacon " no more of that " he says, as he sets his now empty cup on the table " you don't tell me what too do sorry " I say, as I shrug and walk towards the kitchen, I grab a peach and make my way back too the dining table too see my father having his arms folded, looking at me as if I'm 5 and in trouble.

" So how's Barbie doing? " I question, as I take a bite of my peach " who's Barbie? " Alejandro questions " some bitch, who belongs too Blaise or some shit " I say, as I shrug " I will fucking kill you " Blaise growls, I laugh " like you said you were the first time we met? " I question, I enjoyed making him mad " oh Eleanor! " Blaise calls out, anger and jealously instantly fills my emotions. " Oh no " I hear Susie say " oh fuck " Alejandro and Ella say, I hear footsteps approaching from the hallway " yes Mr. Valentino? " Eleanor questions trying too sound seductive " who's this? " Alexandra questions " oh hi Alexandra such a pleasure to meet you! I've heard many good things about you since you ' died ' " Eleanor says, Alexandra chuckles and stands up " it's Mrs. Valentino, and I'm sure you have but go put on some pants that skirt isn't cutting it. You look like a puttana " Alexandra says, I chuckle at her last words. Blake chokes on his coffee.

I know what she said, I knew a bit of Italian. " Mom " Blaise says " hush boy " Alexandra says, I laugh at her response " oh whatever. You needed something Mr. Valentino? " Eleanor questions, as she quickly takes a glance at me, I roll my eyes as I take another bite of my peach. I could really use a drink, even though it's barley morning, I mean it's 5 o'clock somewhere? " yes, are you still with your boyfriend? " Blaise questions Eleanor, as he turns his attention too me, and begins staring at me.

I send him a fake smile, he knows he's making me angry. I form my hands into fists, but I realize if he wants too be petty I can be petty too. I take out my phone, and begin too dial Josh's number. " Hey Josh " I say, as he finally picks up after 3 rings. I put the phone on speaker, I take another bite of my peach and smile at Blaise. He clenches his jaw. I smile again at the sight " Hey Davina? Why are you calling? " Josh questions, I see Alexandra, Blake, my mother and father rolling there eyes. " What is she doing? " Alejandro questions, loud enough for everyone too hear, besides Josh. " They're making each other jealous, look at Davina's fist, and look at Blaise's jaw. " Blake says, his wife smirks at the sight. " Oh you didn't want me too call? " I question, and remain my gaze at Blaise. He doesn't remove his eyes off of me, I see Eleanor staring at him, with confusion. " No don't get me wrong I don't mind " Josh says, I smirk at Blaise. Blaise quickly approaches me and takes my phone out of my hand and hangs up. " I win " I say, as I take another last bite of my peach and walk towards the kitchen too throw what's left over away.

" Woman " I hear Blaise say, from the dining room, I smirk " men " I say, I hear Blaise groan. I giggle. That my friends is how you make the devil angry.
