(28) PROCEEDING APPROVAL

With the uninterrupted proceedings of time cycle the month of Sawan completed. Arjun came back to palace again. According to the insistence of royal family he accepted to stay there to spend some days with them finally, without having no excuse to escape.

Subhadra had decided to confess to him. But still she was feeling nervousness. Because she didn't witness anything more than friendship in behavior and gestures of Arjun. Somehow the fear of hearing no from Arjun was bothering her so badly.

Subhadra's POV:

I need to confess to prince Arjun soon. But what would be his reaction on this? Obviously he would be surprised. Wait surprised or shocked? We feel surprised over pleasant unexpected happening, and for being shocked it's opposite. So in which category my confession would be included?

Apart from this the most important thing is that what would be his answer? Will he accept my love? What if he will refuse? No, I shouldn't think negative. But there's chance of his no. I haven't felt this much nervousness neither at time trapping my brothers with my lies nor at time of shooting my first target in Kanyakul.

Whatever I need to confess, and I will also. Rest depends upon my destiny.

POV Ends :

She took a long breath to calm herself, and started writing her confession in a letter. Then she went to Arjun's chamber carefully. It was midnight. So Arjun was sleeping. Subhadra placed the letter on table on which he kept his bow. Then she left from there after taking a glance of Arjun.

At morning when Arjun was about to leave for his practice with bow, he noticed that letter. He opened the letter, and started reading it.

Content of the letter :

Prince,

After following your words I came know about my answer. It didn't happen at first  place. So there's no question of reconsidering my realization. With your saying I always discover a new light to life. With your company I always feel the comfort which compose calmness for me in a new way. Your concern makes me feel that my carefree nature get a new premises of Independence.

You are the trust of my carefree nature that you will handle it with harmony.

My calm composer of comfort dedicated to you.

My feeling for you have trust, dedication for that trust and feeling of comfort for both those trust and dedication.

So I am confessing to you wholeheartedly that I love you.

After reading the letter instead of shock there was a serene smile on face of Arjun. He kept that letter safe, and headed for his practice.

At Afternoon :

Kanha, dau and Vasudev were in study to receive an important news from a spy.

"How dare they to do such announcement when nothing of such sort neither happened nor is going to happen." Dau said in a raged voice making the spy shiver in fear.

"Calm down, son." Vasudev said to dau.

" How can I be, Pitashri? Gandhar king Shakuni had spread false rumor that I had given him approval about alliance of Subhadra and Duryodhan. Nothing of this sort took place. I hadn't given my words to him. He had made announcement of alliance in his kingdom. He is adding Bhadra's name to Duryodhan in name of my words." Dau said each word with the same rage.

"Gandhar king put a argue to which we don't have any answer. His saying is that you said the final decision taking authority belongs to me. It means silent approval from your side as you didn't denied them straight forwardly." Vasudev explained the matter calmly.

"But pitashri, what will we do now to wrap up this mess?" Dau asked with seriousness.

"Elder brother's position and dignity is equal to father. As you didn't deny him  now we don't have anything to counter them from our side. Let the upcoming to take place." Vasudev said making dau shocked to the core.

"Pitashri, you are accepting this marriage! You are giving up in front of their unfair means!" Dau asked in disbelief.

"I am getting the meaning of  your words. But there's some decency of royalty. So sent the message of proceeding to Gandhar from our side." Vasudev said, and left from there without giving any chance to dau to ask questions.
