Gaea's rage resonated with the earth as the entire floating rock shook violently, the ground surrounding Kuoh had it worse than any other nation as the ground was torn apart all over the place with lava pouring from said holes
Issei: R-Rias! What's going on?!
Rias looked at who she thought was Kokabiel but as she squinted her eyes she noticed that Kokabiel slowly morphed into Aether making her widen her eyes
Rias: What?!
Rias scanned the area then saw Freed holding Excalibur Transparency, putting two and two together Rias came to a conclusion on what she thought had happened
Rias: We've been tricked!
Kiba: By who?!
Rias: By the enemy
Issei: But didn't we defeat the enemy?!
Rias: No... it seems that the Kokabiel we saw was merely an illusion and who I actually attacked was Aether
Akeno: Wait that means...?
Rias: That's right
Rias looked down at the ground then clenched her fists
Rias: The reason the ground is so violently shaking is most likely because we've caused Gaea to rage
Issei: G-Gaea?
Rossweisse: The one who visited us last time, Issei
Issei: I know that it's just-!
Issei didn't get to finish his sentence as the ground suddenly shot up and formed a fist that punched his chin with such force that it blew away the devils and launched Issei into the sky
Rias: Issei!
Kokabiel: It seems we won't be able to have our fight just yet
Mei: Hmph, what do mere devils got to do with us? Gaea is handling them right now
Kokabiel: *Smirks* But Gaea is also destroying this world right now, if you don't stop her then there's a very good chance this planet will blow
Rayquaza: He's done his research...
Kokabiel: I've always heard a lot about Gaea, gathering intel on what she's capable of proved useful
Mei grit her teeth at Kokabiel then turned to Rayquaza
Mei: Well? What do we have to do?
Rayquaza: First of all we have to calm down Gaea
Mei: How though?
Rayquaza: With force of course
Rayquaza and Mei both vanished from Kokabiel's sight making the fallen angel grin as he took a look at Aether on the ground
Kokabiel: (So that's the boy that Neriah wanted to kill... the fact that he managed to kill her means that he's got a good amount of power stored within him, I wonder if I'll be able to make that power mine?)
Kokabiel's hand glowed a bright white colour
Kokabiel: Well... there's only one way to find out!
He brought his arm down hoping to slam it into Aether's chest but a rope wrapped itself round his wrist and brought him forward over Aether
Kokabiel: What?
