He hummed at her words. "Let me tell you a secret, you have this special ability in your blood. You're capable of doing such things, it's just that you're young. During my absence, you'll become stronger. I just need your word you won't mention my presence in front of the others nor will you open your mind to Slenderman."

"I promise," she smiled. "When will we start?"

Before Zalgo could answer her, a knock was heard on her door.

"Y/N, are you there?" Splendor asked behind the door.

"Soon," Zalgo whispered. "Just remember what I told you." He instantly disappeared before Splendorman had opened the door.

"Happy birthday to my favorite niece!" Splendor exclaimed as he spread his arms out. The girl ran towards him and gave him a huge hug with her eyes closed.

"I thought you forgot about it!" She admitted.

"How can we forget such an important date Y/N?" She heard another voice say. She opened her eyes and saw Offender and Trender.

"You look tired Y/N," Offender pointed out. "Please tell me Slenderman didn't expect you to train today."

"He did because I need to get stronger." She answered proudly. Splendor pulled back to study her face. Indeed the girl looked exhausted.

"That son of a bitch really had the audacity to-"

Trender slapped Offender's back before he could cuss more.

"Let's just focus on celebrating Y'/N's birthday. We'll deal with our brother, Slenderman later. That reminds me, we have your presents downstairs, let's go!" Splendor teleported himself and Y/N out of the room with Offender and Trender following after.

Zalgo revealed himself sitting on her bed again. He smirked as he stared at the door. His plan was running smoother than he expected.

(~~~)

It took me a few minutes to get my shit together. Since my uniform was stained with blood, I had to change into a pair of black leggings and a dark grey hoodie. The mission reports had to be done as soon as possible, but I figured that I can fill them out after Sally's tea party.

I softly knocked on Sally's door waiting for a response. I hoped her tea party would help me get distracted from my previous thoughts. No matter what we would do, I secretly knew I wouldn't be able to get Zalgo off my mind. Maybe the Slender brothers had the answer I sought. Why was he in the office alone with Slenderman?

Sally opened the door with a huge smile plastered on her face. God, I missed that smile.

"Y/N! You're finally back from the mission!" She exclaimed.

"About time kid," Offenderman spoke out. "You had us worried for a second."

I took a step in to take in the sight. Sally's room had changed ever since I last stepped in. The walls were painted with a darker shade of pink. She now had a whole collection of stuffed animals on the corner with a few on the display.  What caught my attention though, was a small rectangle table with a white table cloth. Trenderman and Splendorman were seated on one side while Offenderman sat on the other with an empty seat next to him. I figured out that was my seat because Sally sat on the head of the table.

"How did the mission go, kid?" Trenderman asked.

I carefully sat down on the small white chair cross-legged before answering, "We killed the intruder. He shouldn't be a problem anymore."
