Witchcraft interwoven in our poetries; spells carefully crafted accompany every word,
every insignificant letter forged into sigils and runes meant to bring this manifestation to fruition, leaking magic into paper,
disguised incantations, masked under a veil of angst and frustration, to get the words out, to find liberation
but it's the soul's tongue we speak when we write poetry, it entrances us, demands our spirits to find peace through these pieces that we concoct out of pure magic, out of interventive theurgy that enhances our minds, the kind of potion our essence suckles on as the mental inflammation it slowly heals, like a mother's milk,
like being formed anew in this external womb that is our reality.
