Today's poetic form is the welsh Cywydd Llosgyrnog (ców-idd llos-gr-notheg)!
It's a 6-line poem, lines 1,2,4,5 have 8 syllables and lines 3,6 have 7 syllables.

moments trapped in the embers of mind
untouched by the harshness of time
like matured wine, on stained lips
as aeons have passed before us
& yet we meet again in the dust
one of the past, on to new trips
