Today's poetic form is the Japanese "Kouta". It is a quatrain divided into 2 versions only differing on the syllable count per line. The first version has a syllable pattern of 7/5/7/5 and the second version a syllable pattern of 7/7/7/5. There are no rules concerning rhyming, refrain, themes, metre etc.
dark clouds below my lashes
as I try to find the words
to compose yet another
analect of odd prose.

ive been super busy today, and consequently tired hence completely drained of inspiration.
so why not write the shortest poem possible about it? lol
