Today's poetic form is the Irish "Rannaigheact Mhor" (ron-á-yach voor, the 'great versification').
It is a bit of a challenging form with a lot of rules so instead of explaining I will directly link you to the following pages that describe it perfectly!

But, in a few words, it is a 28 syllables in total poem, 2 stanzas with 7 syllables per line (4 lines), cross rhymes in the couplets, and at least 2 alliterations in every line. It's tricky because you have to be concise and follow all of the above but I'm going to give it my best shot :)

pining for the years of yore
a boneless bore of my fears
tears ceased with cheers I restore
my seashore viciously veers

dawning a defining shift
sudden gift, silver-lining
divine timing, drastic drift
a weight lift, with pain pining

This was definitely one of the hardest forms I've covered so far. I have 100% made a few mistakes with the alliteration words (stressed/unstressed), their placement, and also the poem is quite "abstract" to put it kindly. But yeah, while seemingly small and easy, this is very hard and confusing.
I have a headache now lol
