Today's poetry form is a "Ghazal"! read more about it here
https://www.poetryfoundation.org/learn/glossary-terms/ghazal

witnessing a galaxy forming behind your pupils
the brilliance of the universe reflected on your eyes

dancing under the moonlight as if performing a ritual
your hands in mine, movements intertwined with the rhythm of your eyes

singing songs with ancient rhymes like spellwork in the midnight
our heartbeats in sync, I'm hypnotised by your eyes

and it's the first time I ever truly believed in magic
but you convince me so effortlessly with that light in your eyes

if only this could last forever, you and I
maybe then I wouldn't have to recall the fading light of your eyes.

This is definitely not the best example but I was very busy today and that was the best I could muster up. But I really do like this form, so I'll probably use it again!
