jungkook had pulled into the busy car park and parked his car "it is so busy here" taehyung comments causing jungkook to nod a little as they both hop out of the car.
taehyung and jungkook both walked towards the entrance of the restaurant and walked up the the front desk.
"I booked a table for 6" jungkook said as he watched the lady look at a book and then look back up
"what is your name?" she asks
"jeon jungkook" he replies smiling when he felt taehyung's hand on his arm
"yes just this way" she comments as she gets off from her chair and leads them to a back table
"looks like they are not here yet" taehyung comments as the walk towards the table
"I will be back with menu's" she says and walks off
jungkook walks behind taehyung and pulls out a chair for him- taehyung blushes and lets out a little thank you then sits down and jungkook pushes the chair towards his back knee's.
jungkook pecks taehyung's cheeks and goes to sit down next to him, the amount of butterflies that he feels when jungkook touches him or flirts with him is out of this world.
the lady comes back with the menu's and drops them on the table
"would you guys like to order now or later?" she asks
"we will order once our guests arrive" taehyung says politely she nods and walks off
"im so proud of you" jungkook says grabbing taehyung's hand under the table
"for w-what" taehyung questions
"for doing all the things you have been doing and for the people you have helped" jungkook says as he rubs his thumb over taehyung's hand.
taehyung smiles at jungkook and follows his eyes to the front door where they see harry and his parents with tobi.
taehyung and jungkook both stand up from their seats and wave at harry who smiles and points to them.
"ahh officer jeon and kim" the mother says as she leans in to hug them both
after all the greeting they all sit down, "we should order" jungkook says as everyone grabs a menu and looks through it when jungkook calls for a waiter.
"good-evening my name is jerri and I am your waiter for this evening are we ready to order?" she asks cheerfully as they all nod- one by one going to what food the want.
the waiter leaves and thanks them- as soon as the waiter leaves everyone starts talking.
"how's being at home feeling harry?" jungkook asks
"amazing, thank you both so much for everything" harry says as both boys smile and nod
"what have you been up to" taehyung asks harry
"me and tobi went out to our favorite park and then I went back home, had a shower, sorted out my clothes and now we are here" harry says
"that sounds good" taehyung says smiling
"can we ask you something" harry's dad said as taehyung nodded paying full attention to him
"what is gonna happen now?" he asks
taehyung was already waiting for this to be asked
"harry owns a little house just three streets over from you guys- it is already furnished and will be ready for him to move into in 2 weeks also he will get money weekly since he does not live at home and it will give harry time to find a job" taehyung says
"this is wonderful thank you so much for this" the mother says wiping away her tears while looking at taehyung who smiled.
food was being placed on the table as they were talking-everyone had their food and talked and went quite as they ate.
"so officer jeon how did you and taehyung meet?" harry asks but gets a look from his mother
"harry its officer ki-" his mother starts but taehyung swallows his food and shakes his head.
"no no it is okay- I have a soft spot for harry so he is welcome to call me by my name" taehyung smiles at the mother who smiles back and nods.
"well taehyung was a trainee and was applying to become an officer and he got transferred to my department" jungkook said as he rubbed his thumb over taehyung's hand
"who confessed first?" the mother asks
taehyung looks and jungkook and smiles
"I think jungkook did first" taehyung giggles when jungkook blushes
"you guys are a really cute couple" the dad says
"thank you so much" taehyung says bowing in his chair
"do you guys live together or?" tobi asks
"we use to but taehyung got his own place" jungkook says
"what about you guys? when did you guys meet?" taehyung asks harry's parents
jungkook did not really like when people would ask if they lived together cause he wishes he could say yes but it would be a lie- he has wanted to ask taehyung if he could move in with him but he was scared of rejection and wanted taehyung to say yes but had a strong feeling he would say no.
as harry's parents were talking taehyung zoned out a little- he was thinking about the same question jungkook was dwelling on, he missed jungkook so much and he found it hard being away from him.
he always felt like he was being a burden when he was living with jungkook- but he misses jungkook's company more than anything, also tannie hates it when he leaves.
taehyung was thinking about asking jungkook to move in with him but he was scared of rejection.
the officer shakes those thoughts out of his head as he smiles at harry who was chatting away with tobi and jungkook.
