You and Wile E Coyote had been friends for a while now. Just friends. You maybe didn't find roadrunner to look all that appetizing, but he was fun and interesting, you thought.
Your friend Lola called you up earlier in that day. You were going out for a day at the mall.
"Hey (y/n)!" She said as she waved excitedly as you arrived at the busy place.
"Hey Lola! How are you girl?"
"I'm great, so how was your weekend?"
" Oh, you know, same old" you shrug with a smile. " And yours? "
" Oh my gosh, it was great. I went out with bugs last night, honestly, it was so romantic" the girl was a constant chatterbox. You listened with interest as you both shopped the day away.
"So, you dating anyone yet?" She asks.
" Uh, no, not yet" you reply, rubbing your neck.
"You got any interest in Anyone yet? I know someone who likes you"
Your ears perked up at this like a dog's would. Who liked you? You had to find out.
"WHO LIkES ME?" You ask, louder thank you should've . Your curiosity was piqued.
"Oh, y'know" she shrugs.
"No, I don't. That's why I'm asking you" your voice sounding anxious now.
"Wile E Coyote. Who else? The guy thinks the world of you."
You just stopped and stared. Your mouth half open. You looked kinda like a dork.
"(y/n), you ok?"
" Yeah, of course I'm fine"
"Oh gosh, it's my dad, I have to run, sorry" she apologised as she saw the text on her phone.
"It's fine" you smiled.
Later you went to find your new admirer.
"Wile E Coyote"
He looked at you.
"I heard today that you liked me, is that true?"
He said nothing. Only staring, in shock that you knew this.
You approached him, and did something he didn't expect. You pulled him into a passionate kiss.
"I guess it's true then" you giggle at his blushing, now covered in lipstick stained face.
