(Y/n) was just a regular girl. She was just like any other shy girl who would much rather stay inside and watch cartoons than socialise or go to parties or anything. You knew a lot about cartoons, the episodes and characters and your favourite had to be the Looney tunes. You loved all the adaptations, the wackiness, the jokes, and especially the characters. You loved and felt a connection with all, but if you had to pick a favourite then it would be Daffy. Of course, he was like the alpha jerk of them all, but couldn't help but love his crazy brand of logic, his sense of humour and just how much that little black duck made you laugh. 

It was your dream to work for Warner bros, you wanted to do anything really. Acting, directing, producing, but what you really wanted to do was animate. You were pretty good at it and felt you could really help, but you were no one special. But you did have a very special friend. You were close friends with one of the cast. Lola. She was a sweet and kind girl and a close friend of yours for years and today she had was going to show you around the place and was going to try and get you a job there.

"Are you ready or are you ready?" She squealed as she led you in through the doors where all the magic happens.

"You have no idea" you replied. You had a nervous feeling in the pit of your stomach as you looked around. It was amazing. Too wonderful for words. She showed you around the place and then showed you her boss. She asked him if he would give you a job. He wanted to see your animating skills first, but was willing to take you on as an intern.

 "What?" You exclaimed when he offered you the internship. " t-thank you, Mr Warner" you could've cried at that moment. So now you've got a job!

 "Come on, (y/n), let me show you the cast!" She grabbed you by the hand and dragged you to another room where there was filming going on. It was a scene with Bugs and Elmer. They had finished filming for one day and you then got to meet the cast that you loved so much.

You met Lola's boyfriend, Bugs, foghorn leghorn, Porky, granny, speedy, yosemite, Elmer, Pepe and so many more, but you started shaking when it was time for you to shake hands with your crush, Daffy.

 "Hey" he said in a lazy voice.

 "N-nice to meet you, Daffy"

 "I would imagine it is" He smiled proudly, making you melt inside.

 "I'm a big fan of yours. You're my favourite"

 He blushed when you said this. "Aww shucks, most people don't like me, can't imagine why"

 "Me neither" you smiled. You knew exactly why people didn't like him, but you were willing to look past all those faults. You both talked for a while as Lola caught up with Bugs. It was time to leave soon, and you and Daffy didn't really want to part ways.

 "So, I guess this is goodbye" he said.

 "I guess so" you replied, looking away.

 "It doesn't have to be"

 "Why?"

 " Would you...like to go out sometime? With me? " his eyes glittered when he asked you This and you couldn't refuse.

 "I would love to" you smiled.

 "Come on, (y/n)!" Cried Lola, dragging you away. "We're gonna be late for that movie we were going to see tonight!"

" Oh yeah, I forgot about that! I'll see you around! " you waved to Daffy before leaving.
