There was a story that was already forgotten about the First Beast Summoner who became a Supreme Ruler. According to that story, after he ascended to the most powerful position in the world, he felt rather isolated and lonely. As everyone worshipped, admired, and feared him, he did not feel exceptionally honored or happy about it.

Before he ascended to become the Supreme Ruler, he was considered and treated just like everyone else: a normal person. The people around him would treat him normally and they would willingly say whatever it was that was in their mind. Yet, after his ascension, no one even dared approach or talk to him casually.

Afterwards, he was slowly surrounded by those who thirst for power as they try to manipulate and ask him for help to gain an upper hand. Everyone did not see him as a human with personal feelings or with a soul, but rather a godly being that was a mere tool for power. It was then the Supreme Ruler realized the selfish human nature of those who surround him. The people he thought were close to him changed completely into schemers who thought of how they could benefit themselves. It was unbearable and unfortunate for him to witness, so when an opportunity was presented to him by the accidental discovery of another dimension, he did not hesitate to leave the mortal world. By going to the unknown other dimension, he hoped to get away from his previous life and try his chance to have a new start. As luck would have it, he met those great beings who treated him fairly as one of them: the Beast Gods. There he learned a lot of things and he even managed to create the art of contracting beasts which made him the First Beast Summoner.

Eventually, when the Beast Gods left the dimension for an unknown reason, he was asked to take care of the dimension and those beasts who lived in it. Since he was given the chance to live with the Beast Gods peacefully and harmoniously even finding true love with one of them, the First Beast Summoner did not refuse. In the end, he still lived and died in isolation. Although he could have lived as an immortal, he decided not to become one. Before he died, there was a certain trace of happiness that left him. He thought that death itself would allow him to feel free from the burden of isolation and loneliness.

In the end, before he closed his eyes and rest for eternity, his last words were, "I wonder if it was worth it?"

In the middle of that very night, Tin woke up from his sleep. As the Supreme Ruler of the mortal world, his connection with it was becoming more solidified. This meant that the matters of the world could be easily perceived or felt. In this case, the living things and their deaths in this world were all connected to him. The mixture of true emotions and the inner nature of these people were constantly flowing in Tin's head. Before, he would only have this problematic situation for a brief moment, but now it was just a constant bombardment of voices in his head for a longer period of time. He could not somehow stop these voices from entering his head rather it just became more obvious. It seemed that waiting for it to stop was not working anymore. It was like an endless night of the storm.

Getting up from his bed with a painful headache, he went outside. He pinched the bridge of his nose as he swayed shakily when he walked. Not knowing what exactly what to do, he aimlessly walked towards the room that was next to his. As he opened the door slowly, he checked if the person inside was sleeping still. After the confirmation that the person was asleep, he entered the room.

With the lamp by the bed still on, the light illuminated the youth sleeping in the bed. There he was covered by a blanket as he was sleeping peacefully with faint steady and calm breathing.

Tin decided to approach him to check on him closer. When he saw the messy hair covering the youth's forehead, Tin slowly and carefully fixed it to the side.

"Much better," Tin whispered with a smile.

He did not notice that at that moment, the voices in his head were gone.
